Categories

Cleanliness
5.5
Mixed reports: some guests praised cleanliness, but a strong negative report (half-eaten cookie, old french fries in sofa bed, toilet issues) and complaints about bathroom condensation justify a below-average cleanliness score.
Service
9
Generally positive staff interactions noted ('staff was friendly'); isolated service issues (keys not working, check-in/directions confusion) occurred but overall service was characterized as friendly and helpful.
Location
9
Multiple reviewers listed location as a pro; directions issue to another hotel was noted but overall location is a strong positive.
Room Quality
6.5
Rooms had comfortable beds and clean tubs for some guests, but issues like a stuffy room, widespread condensation after showers (lack of effective exhaust) and reports of debris in rollaway beds lower the room quality rating.
Amenities
9
Breakfast, parking, and easy in/out were frequently praised; breakfast in particular stands out as a strong amenity.
Value for Money
6
At least one guest explicitly stated the stay was 'not worth the price'; combined with mixed cleanliness/room issues this warrants a below-target value rating.
Food and Beverage
9.3
Multiple guests highly praised the breakfast—one family called it 'THE BEST BREAKFAST' they've had in a hotel—supporting a high score for food and beverage.
Overall Experience
8.9
Overall sentiment skews positive (headlines like 'Great!', 'Incredible', family 5-star endorsement), though isolated negatives (cleanliness, keys/directions) temper the experience slightly.
