Amazing accommodation for short notice from amazing overnight staff!!

Let’s discuss the night clerk Abbey I believe her name was! Please check cause she needs much praise!! I called coming off a 20 hr drive from Birmingham Alabama, I was stressed and tired(exhausted)! She accommodated us with two rooms coming in at 630 am and staying through next day! A true blessing, smooth easy check in process- great spacious rooms, pool with water slide and great mountains view!! Breakfast was a plus and I will def be checking in again when I come visit my grand daughter! Again Abbey!! Super praise!!

Was a great stopping location for our trip
Pros:

Clean and up to date. Walking distance to eating places. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was on par for Holiday Inn Express.

Wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

Clean room, looked like photos.

Cons:

Very loud from freeway noise nearby. Our room was on side closest to freeway. Also, lights on each side of bed were so bright we couldn't use them. I have migraines from that much light, so we were unable to use them. Didn't feel very welcoming.
