Pros:

The airport shuttle service was very kind and helpful.

The breakfast was delicious. And as someone with a gluten allergy, I really appreciated how the staff identified which foods were gluten friendly with signs at the breakfast bar.

Cons:

Nothing bad to say. Very pleasant experience.

Cons:

We had a $500.00 damage deposit on my debit card that has not been returned to us. The staff say it has been released, but we have yet to see OUR $500 in our account. Is this some sort of SCAM? Our deposit was from December 22, 2025. Where is our money?

Very comfortable and pleasant experience
Pros:

Very comfortable room. Spotlessly clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff were lovely and provided a small takeaway breakfast when I was leaving early the next day.
There was a complimentary shuttle bus to and from airport which makes travelling easier

Was a very busy time at the hotel
Pros:

Close to highway for ferry traffic.

Cons:

No parking in main lot available. I think the hotel was full because the line up for the breakfast was insane, and no where to sit.
