Nice and clean hotel, Quiet area but perfect for families!
Pros:

The suite has a full kitchen great for families, free parking and free breakfast!

Cons:

Everything was great except the microwave was not working - they replaced it with a smaller one which was fine.

Good stay with extra money from me.
Pros:

The location is away from the city where the traffic is low. Breakfast was good. Products in the bathroom was good.

Cons:

Hotel collected from me $108.95 as security deposit apart from my room charges. It seems that it will be given back after 5-10 days, which I'll to watch carefully for the next 10 days. This is NOT fair. These type of charges are vanished in the hotel industry. I don't think I would stay with Holiday Inn, if this practice is followed in future.

Adequate hotel - Well priced compared to the competition
Pros:

Good size rooms

Cons:

Poor common spaces, noisy traffic.
The hotel only provides “limited“ shuttle service to the airport which means once an hour, a long time to wait at the airport for a lift to your hotel.

Für die erste Nacht nach einem langen Flug mehr als ausreichend.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war herrvorragend, großes Angebot sowohl für den europäischen als auch den nordamerikanischen Geschmack. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

They said they would email me an invoice. Never did.
Charged 150 dollar deposit as part of my total bill instead of separately. Have to wait 5-7 days to get a deposit back. Ridiculous. Should just be pre-authorized and returned at checkout.

Good night, great breakfast!
Pros:

The hot breakfast that was included was quite good, room suited our needs and the staff was pleasant.

Cons:

With only a van shuttle to transport to and from the airport, our party of six had to wait a long time to get picked up at 1am. Not that big of a deal, but unfortunate.

In order to get lower body muscles in a relaxed state, temperature of hot tub water must have been hotter. In general hot tub water was luke warm, in general and in specific hot tub water needed to have been hotter.

Good value for money hotel in Richmond, BC.
Pros:

Nice location, very close to nearby venues like Richmond ice center and cinemas. The room was clean and well equipped. The staff was welcoming. Free parking was also a very positive add on.

Cons:

Breakfast served at paper plates and wooden cutlery is not my favorite. To be fair; steel cutlery was available. The breakfast consisted of a very limited selection of food, but the articles available had an acceptable quality.

The front desk guy who checked us in was ok. We only stayed overnight. Room should have been ready at check in time. Bre

The check in time was 4pm. We got there about 4:25pm and the room was not ready heard housekeeping said ready in 30mins. We needed to freshen up before going out and we ended up leaving our bags at front desk. Checked in when we went back and the room had a smell
