The staff was all helpful. The pool is fine.

Cons:

It's an older building which is partially updated, partially not. Room was a bit stuffy and I had problems with the air conditioner and two other items, most of which the friendly maintenance man was able to fix quickly. Definitely better to order a balcony room.

The breakfast is Holiday Inn's standard — nothing special — but each day they shut off and emptied everything exactly at 9:30, without any grace period. Before that, they actually ran out of pancake batter.

Tammy does not need to be in charge of a hotel as a manager I am
Pros:

Showers were filled with hair, bathroom was completely not up to standard. I took pictures of how nasty the shower was. Upon complaining to the front desk staff he told me there was nothing he could do and there was no manager for the next two days.

I WAS FORCED TO STAY!

I didn’t realize the pool was out door I was speaking about it as checking in and got confirmation that was the only pool. In that same second I asked if I could leave because my guest and I was there ti swim. I was told no. So I had no choice but to go to the room but my mom said that isn’t right. We went back and exampled we was here to swim and I’m sure others are here to rest I have two 2 ROOMS with kids there is no way I’ll b able to keep the noise down due to the fact I couldn’t scream anything on the tv for movies or music (NOT EVEN NETFLIX) Once my mom talked to the worker Juan he laughed and said he could only help me if I haven’t went in the room. AND I WAS IN FRONT OF HIM NOT EVEN WITH MY MOM ASKING CAN I JUST LEAVE. Seems like I was tricked and forced to stay. ALSO MY OTHER ROOM WENT VACANT BECAUSE MY GUEST LEFT BECAUSE OF NO POOL. When I woke up the next morning HOUSE KEEPING WAS ALREADY IN THE ROOM!
