El personal muy amable y con muy buena disposición. Tanto los recepcionistas como el botones. La comida estaba bien, teniendo en cuenta que son precios de aeropuerto.

Llegamos a una pieza con deposiciones en el wc y pésimo olor. Se nos facilitó una nueva pieza, pero íbamos tan acotados con en el tiempo de descanso que nos dejo con una hora menos aprox de sueño entre reacomodarnos y dormir

Pros:

O hotel é praticamente dentro do aeroporto de Santiago. Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis. Jantei no hotel e a comida estava muito boa. O café da manhã é bom.

O hotel é caro pelo padrão, acredito que o valor alto se deva a localização.

Comfortable and convenient but unresponsive service

Location. Relatively good sound proofing. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Grill Restaurant had very limited catering for dietary requirements. Main issue is that I contacted the hotel three times before staying there and they never responded. Also, I paid for a mountain view room and didn’t get it.
