My stay at Holiday Inn was excellent!!!!
Pros:

We truly enjoyed every aspect of the day! Our bar experience. Jackie S. was SUPREME!!!! All the Front desk staff was top notch! I will be staying here each time I return to the area!

Never coming back again.
Pros:

Staff was helpful

Cons:

The hotel is old and rooms are not clean. Wall stickers were peeling off. Heating was not working at all. Door and lock were not properly working. There was creaking noise all night not sure where it came from. Window blinds were nasty. Never washed. Never coming back again.

Pros:

i loved everything besides what i found in the night stand table. i also think they need to upgrade the rooms, i thought this was a newer hotel.

Cons:

i think the cleaning crew needs to do more of a thorough inspection. there was a whip and a blindfold left behind in the night stand table. i just picked it up with a garbage bag and threw it out.

Locked out of my room!!
Pros:

The rooms are clean but the carpet in the hallways are filthy as are the walls. The elevator was dirty with dirty hand prints all over the door and walls and dirty floor. On new yeas eve my key card didn't work and I wasn't able to get back in my room so they put in another room for the night without my stuff! It took until noon the next day for the guy to get the door open and I was finally able to take my medication. The breakfast was lame. But the desk clerks were very nice and tried their very hardest to get my room open and I thank them for being so kind. It is not their fault this well know hotel chain has allowed its name and reputation to have fallen into such a state. They need to close off one floor at a time and steam clean the walls and carpets really well and make sure the elevators are regularly washed down inside and out. Cleanliness through out should be a main priority. It doesn't need to be fancy but atleast clean. That responsibly lies with corporate. Again I praise the desk clerks for doing everything at their disposal to help me.
