The hotel was in a good location. But there are better hotels nearby.
Pros:

Clean and spacious room. There was no coffee maker in the room. However, I asked for one and they provided one. There was no towel rack in the bath and only one hook.

Cons:

No one was available to help me with my luggage as check in. The room was very noisy. The old hotel sign outside my window (the one you see in the picture above) swung in the wind creating a very loud and aggravating noise. I asked to be moved and they accommodated my request. However, they said they had no services to help me move my luggage to the new room. There was no breakfast, no snack bar and no tavern/bar.

Conveniently located
Pros:

The staff is pleasant but they are short staffed for maid service. Parkinson g isn’t but it is downtown. You can get your car in and out same price with Valet. The key is its location. It is centrally located on Bay Street /River Street. Request a room on a higher floor in the River side for excellent views of the Savannah River.

Good style and close to all attractions
Pros:

Very good location in the centre and comfortable and clean room. Also the pool on the roof was nice. Breakfast was sufficient.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. The staff is always friendly, professional and very helpful. The pool was nice but unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working.

Awesome Stay… Pleasant location and peaceful atmosphere
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They took the time to ask about all my preferences and made every effort to accommodate my requests. When I asked for a room with a view of River Street, they checked availability and arranged it for us. My daughter was absolutely thrilled, and seeing her so happy made our stay even more special. I can’t express how grateful I am for their kindness and outstanding service. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Overall very nice and a great location.
Pros:

It was adjacent to just about everything downtown and it’s a nice hotel. Concierge was very helpful

Cons:

We had a balcony facing city hall, it was a beautiful view but street traffic was very loud into the late hours. The glass door did not block the sound at all.

Also, valet parking is $48 a night. There is an adjacent public parking area for $20 a night.
We found out that the valet parking is in the same garage. Plus, we could have walked there faster than waiting for valet parking

Perfect visit to Savannah!
Pros:

The hotel was in the perfect location. The staff was amazing, especially, Colin, one of the valets, who gave us so many recommendations. The concierge was great too! Breakfast was great too! Get a balcony room if you can!
