Fun week
Pros:

Location was great. Elevator inspection was out of date Air conditioning blew straight down into the bed Breakfast was good. One morning things were running out around 845 and things didn't get replenished

Cons:

Nothing really. Wasn't bad at all just a few things

Great stay in Savannah's historic district!
Pros:

The location of the hotel in the historic district was great. So easy to get around and only one street away from River Street. The hotel itself was very nice. Wanda and the other staff upon check in were awesome and very helpful allowing us to store our bags until the room was ready. We paid extra for valet but it was well worth it.

Cons:

The ice machine on our floor was broken and it seemed like our refrigerator either wasn't very cold or wasn't working. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Breakfast terrible, TV terrible, Elevator didn’t work one day, room very noisy from street and elevator noise. Room way too expensive… parking fee outrageous.

Pros:

Location was perfect for parade route. Close to River Street bars restaurants and shopping. Trolly stop i. Front of hotel. Typical HIE breakfast but nicely presented. Lounge was nice but only open on Weekends...but was open for St. Patricks.

Cons:

$48 @ NIGHT PARKING.

St. Patrick's Day Parade
Pros:

Everything was great from the time we checked in to the time we checked out.
with the one exception. We couldn't get a luggage cart so we had to carry
all our stuff downstair and my husband has a bad back.

Cons:

No luggage carts at check out.

Pros:

Pancake machine was a hit with my kid, and I appreciated the nonfat Greek yogurt.

Cons:

I really wish this place offered hot oatmeal like other Holiday Inn properties. There were only instant packets -- yuck. No fresh fruit except for hard bananas.

Cons:

Check in process was a little deceiving…My card was tried 3 times before I got to the hotel property and I was told by online that my card wouldn’t be ran until I made it to the property..Also I didn’t get the room I reserved but everything else was great

Great stay, great location
Pros:

Great place to stay. Easy walk to great food and the trolley stop. Valet parking was awesome. John Michael in the valet parking area was excellent

Favorite place to stay!
Pros:

Location makes it easy to walk everywhere.

Cons:

Someone had dumped dog poop in trash can by elevator. Also room was not ready. But grateful they found a room.

In the middle of the action
Pros:

I loved this hotel it was in the middle of the action it was so close to the river I could see it out my window the rooftop pool was great with wonderful view of city the floor in lobby and brick pillars had an antique look but were new and nice like you would expect from HIG hotel breakfast was great but there was a delay at coffee machine it would be better if there would be 3 machines instead of 2 the parking was tough so I used porters expensive but easy I would highly recommend this hotel because of location and niceness
