Next time I will request a room not near the elevator.
Pros:

The coffee is the best. The hot food wasn't very good. I did like the cinnamon roll and apple juice. I wanted some oatmeal but it had a lot of water in it.

Cons:

My room was next to the elevator and ice machine. I was awakened by drunk kids messing around at the elevator.

The evening staff was rude. There was piles of dust in the corners or the room and rust around the doors. The elevator b

The property was ok. There was rust on the door frame in our bathroom and room.

Cons:

The late staff were very rude. Elevator broke had to walk three flights of stairs 4 times because the staff forgot to turn the elevator back on and rolled her eyes and got mad when we ask her about it.

BY FAR one of the best properties I've stayed at during my travels. Great location, friendly staff, breakfast area was one of the nicest & cleanest I've ever seen. No question where I will stay again when I'm in this area.

Comfy bed
Cons:

Holiday Inn Express has taken the coffee pots out of all rooms. I don’t want to have to get dressed to go down for my first cup of coffee. I like having the coffee in my room. Won’t stay here again.
