This waa the worst stay i have has so far. No room service for the 3 nights i stayed there. The breakfast waa awful, the room curtains was dirty and my covers had something on it. I have pictures. Had to request towels and the dirty ones stayed by my door all night till i left the next day. This is room 120

I found roaches in my bed and in the room
It was a little old, but clean, lady at front desk was very nice and helpful
Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Conveniently located.
Breakfast was good. Desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Close to SNU.
Run down facility. Pool and hot tub were cold and not maintained, dirty. Hot tub needs cleaned, gave us a rash. Room carpet was dirty and stained and our room had a wet housekeeping cloth on the tv dresser. Tub had hair in it. Treadmill did not work.

Carpeting really worn, sink cracked in bathroom, no water pressure in shower. No scrambled eggs for breakfast on two of our days there.
The pool was in the inside
No hot water and had to reuse the same towels after going to the pool to shower with, it was suppose to be a delightful trip and it ruined my trip because of the problems
Liked the location.
Disliked my first room had a strong smell of urine, thankfully the front desk gave me a new room.
The hallways smelled of strong weed. The breakfast was very disappointing.

My son (4yrs old) is staying at the long term rehabilitation center .5 miles from hotel. Bc I am a single mother with 2 other children and a dog I was in a bind. Luckily we found holiday Inn express. And it's so close the the hospital.! It's working out so far. My kids (teens)feel safe if they need to stay to do online school work. And I feel safe leaving them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. took the time to go on map quest and print out step by step directions bc my cell phone was dead . They welcomed our service dog. The rooms were spacious and clean.
Only downfall-
Wish the pool was in working order.
But we will definitely go back to this hotel as long as we are staying here in bethany with my son.

The room was spacious and comfortable.
I didn’t stay there long enough.
Decent stay. Loved that it was 10 minutes from anything we wanted: the outlet mall, food, shops, activities.
The sheets in our room had some stains (nobody is perfect, so I didn’t say anything) there was MOLD in our bathroom
Tv didn’t work, I think we had 2 channels and no airplay
Staff was so friendly and breakfast was small selection. Please check for expiration dates on food 😬
The breakfast was great, needed more syrup and needed some kind of jelly or jam.
Everything was really good.
