Perfect for what I needed and wanted!
Pros:

The room was great - bed was comfortable - pillows had tags on them describing whether they were soft, hard etc! Had never seen that before! The bathroom could use a little remodeling - but otherwise a great stay for me!

Overpriced
Pros:

Its nice enough, clean, large rooms, comfortable beds.

Cons:

It is very overpriced for what you get, staff isnt particularly friendly, it seems pretentious and just overall not worth the price.

I was quoted a price that was far too high, but I was tired and had just found out the place I had planned to stay had no rooms left (all this on the road). Unfortunately, I believed this instead of double checking the place I had originally planned on staying.
So I called booking.com from the road.
As I travel with my dogs, always, I was aware that I needed to be upfront from the beginning, that I had two small dogs. I even travel with crates.

When I first arrived, I was extremely tired and was told they didn't have any pet rooms so I was about to leave and go sleep in my car and they said well... I guess you can have (for an extra pet fee) this other room we have. I clarified that I had two dogs, not just one. Oh and then they were upset because there were two dogs, not just one so they charged me extra for the second one.

Well, that not the biggest deal in the world however they were jerks about it, and acted like they were punishing me for doing something wrong.
I'm a grown-up and didn't need that attitude. And when you're paying exorbitant amounts for mediocracy, you don't need people that treat you like they're doing you a favor.

All of this might not have been a big deal when I had originally scheduled the room. I was very clear about the fact that I had two small dogs. However, that part got left off.
I won't use booking.com or Holiday Inn express hotel and suites again.

My bad for not planning every single detail ahead of time the rest of my trip I have planned ahead, which includes mostly Airbnb.

Great convenient location for our needs.
Pros:

It had one of the best breakfast I have had at a motel. The food was great especially the green chili. Loved the brewed coffee.

Very Enjoyable stay

Everything was perfect!! The room was enormous, the beds were like sleeping on n clouds. Everything was very clean. Really enjoyed my stay

Highly recommend
Pros:

You can always trust in a clean, quiet, comfortable room, and a seriously comfortable bed with this brand. Also, the free breakfast is as good as it gets. Sam is dedicated to this hotel being tiptop, absolutely enjoyed my stay!
