The desk clerk was very friendly and pleasant I was pleased with her hospitality I will definitely come back again it was very clean and my veiw was outstanding. I give it 2 thumbs up 👍

Comfortable, clean, helpful friendly staff.
Pros:

Property was clean and staff were extremely courteous and helpful. We checked in at 9:30 p.m. and were tired She made sure we knew about amenities available .The lady at the front desk was great. Our room was extremely clean; Kristen was the one who took care of that.

We ALWAYS use Holiday Inn Express, we have stayed at this one several times, this was disappointing.
Pros:

The front desk was very nice. The fact you could get coffee 24 hours was very nice. The pool was good and clean. The free bottled water was very nice.

Cons:

The lady working at the breakfast was NOT very friendly, she looked like she just climbed out of bed hair unbrusshed and clothes looked like jammies, the food was cold, and she just didn't care to help out or assist in any way..ie the pancake maker was not working and we asked for help and we got her complaning to us about the machine.
