Good location. Friendly staff. Very clean and fresh. Breakfast was ok not exceptional. Bed was very comfortable. I would stay again!

Cons:

Breakfast was not hot which is a turnoff for me. They had a pancake machine which was pretty cool. Good coffee.

Thank you for the cookies and free bottled water and the day manager being so courteous to us

Experienced overhearing an altercation with the evening manager and some people trying to check in - they had used a third party to book and there was only one room, they were expecting 3
There were some shouting and name calling and although they were assertive in trying to figure out a way to book the other two rooms (only one was confirmed and none other available) the clerk could have possibly assisted in finding an alternative location instead of taking it personally and exchanging strong words and language (helped me realize though, I had used a third party in booking.com, and will remember to call ahead to confirm in the future - I was fortunate in our room being booked and held, thank you)

All of it how I was treated I got a suite and the room wa not what we asked for smelled like dog the desk clerk was rude basically called me lier wounds refund my money so know I need yr manger to call me so I can talk to the manager of the hotel there to refund me the room smelled like dog my pilliows and extra covers wasn’t brought in my room before we got there I can tell u more I need a manager to call me really
