I’ve stayed at this hotel several times when flying out of RDU, and it continues to fit my needs, but this most recent visit truly exceeded my expectations.

After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left my laptop behind (cue the panic). The staff went above and beyond to locate it quickly, coordinate with me right away, and ship it out that same morning so I would have it for my trip. Their sense of urgency, kindness, and professionalism made what could have been a travel disaster completely manageable. I’m incredibly grateful.

Beyond that, the shuttle service is always quick and convenient, the rooms are consistently clean and quiet, and every staff member I’ve interacted with has been more than accommodating. It’s rare to find a hotel team that genuinely cares the way this one does.

This will continue to be my go-to whenever I’m flying out of RDU. Highly recommend!

Great location for my needs and the rest is just what I needed. The room was very quiet and its bed was very comfortable.

People were nice. Room was fine save for the gross mark on the floor. I reported the nasty poo like stain and it wasn’t removed. Food ok. Everything ok. It’s an airport holiday inn — my only complaint was the poop on the floor

The staff were courteous, welcoming and knowledgeable. My room was VERY clean, comfortable bed and good water pressure for the shower. Overall the grounds were tidy & clean as well as the lobby. If on business there, I highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome location and convenience to the airport

I just needed to get away for awhile without any interruptions.

Amazing stay. Hotel was super clean and quiet. Rooms are spacious. Everything was great. Only complaint is when I was leaving on 02/16 at 4:49am I called for a shuttle and the young lady at the desk stated she would call the shuttle for me. I went downstairs and after waiting a bit I asked again and she told me 15 minutes. After waiting a bit, I asked again at which time she tells me he wouldn't get there until 5:30am. My flight was boarding at 6:25am. I called an Uber and the shuttle pulled up at 5:24am. He then told me he comes every 30 minutes which was not relayed to me by the front desk personnel. She just seemed very young and uncaring really.

Twas easy to find. Check in was quick, everything was clean.

Really enjoyed our stay as a family - we missed the buffet by 5 mins and they made sure to bring the food back out so we could eat / I was so appreciative! Hands down best service ever !

Clean, pleasant staff, prompt shuttle service. Nice breakfast buffet. Food was fresh, hot food hot, cold food cold! Dining room was clean and well maintained.

The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the thoughtful details from the plush linens to the high end amenities did not go unnoticed. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless.
The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant décor and a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, and every space felt inviting and well maintained. If you’re considering dining on-site, don’t hesitate the food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented.

We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning our next visit. Highly, highly recommend!!!

It had all we needed We were there to watch a basketball game

Would have given them a 5 if they extend breakfast till at least 10:00 AM. 9:30 is too early with an 11:00 AM checkout. Clean and convenient for RDU Airport.

The location is good, the hotel common areas and rooms are clean. The front desk staff are either professional and friendly or standoffish and not very helpful. I came in the middle of the storm and stayed for a couple of days. So I got to interact with most of the staff. The dining staff are very good.
Just sort of a mixed reception. I find most really good IHG properties have more consistency in their customer service.
