Excellent service! Staff at evening check-in as well as super-early morning check-out were very pleasant & helpful! The room was spotless, smelled fresh, & the Dove toiletries were fantastic! The bed & pillows were ridiculously comfortable & the blackout curtain was INSPIRED! Great Wifi, even HBO! Lots of parking & even snagged a place I could see from my room! Yay! Lots of night-time parking lights too! Brilliant! Excellent location for RDU. Thanks so much!

Keiba was SO friendly, welcoming, caring and accommodating! James was the best food & beverage guy ever!!! Shuttle drivers were super!!!

We were very impressed with the Holiday Inn Raleigh-Durham Airport. We were greeted upon our arrival and check-in was quick. Our room was spacious and well appointed. We were very impressed with the full line of Dove toiletries, as well as the refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker. The bed was sooooo comfortable and the clearly marked choice of pillow firmness was great. The sheets felt very luxurious. We enjoyed the conversation with James the bartender - don't miss meeting him during your stay! Our airport shuttle driver was very nice and helpful. We will definitely recommend that any of our friends flying out of RDU stay here & we will be back!

Convenient location for early morning flights out of RDU. Peaceful sleep.

We were in town for a concert at the Lenovo center so the location was great! Everything was clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly. Willy definitely stay again!

This is my only hotel I stay at for traveling out of RDU. On this trip my first flight on my trip to Hawaii got cancelled due to severe weather in Charlotte and so I had to either stay in Raleigh or take the next flight to Charlotte and lay over there. It was a no brainer. I stayed in Raleigh where I knew I would enjoy another night.

One of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on at a hotel, amazingly attentive breakfast staff and a great location. Would stay again when in the Raleigh area!

Place was alright just found it ridiculous that breakfast was 15.99. Given that I payed 175 for a night you’d think breakfast would be included like any other decent hotel. I don’t have a problem paying that anywhere else but honestly you can just go to Bojangles down the street for a cheaper price. And trust me other guest felt the same because I saw a handful of guest walk in with Bo jangles.

I would say the only downside to my stay is the fact that they allow semi truck parking.Unfortunately, the parking is allowed directly up against the building.So if you're on the back side , it is extremely difficult to sleep as the trucks are running all night long. The hotel is clean and staff is extremely friendly.

My stay at Holiday Inn was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The check-in process was quick and easy, and everyone was extremely friendly and professional.

The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The bed was so cozy that I slept like a baby! Everything I needed was right there, and the hotel itself was quiet and relaxing, which made the stay even better.

I also really appreciated the overall atmosphere of the hotel. It felt safe, inviting, and perfect for a getaway. Great service, great hospitality, and a great experience all around.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant hotel stay. Thank you for making my trip even more enjoyable!
