Stay away from the thieves
Cons:

That they are thieves and stole my wedding ring and earrings and refuse to take any accountability. I got the runaround. Nobody ever called me back. Nobody followed up. Terrible customer service

The rooms were big enough for what I needed. They enjoyed themselves at the pool and breakfast was great!

Cons:

I got two rooms but only one room had a television that actually worked. We had to go the whole day and night with no television. We called and was told the technician for the day had already went home. Were told that our ending price would be adjusted but I paid more for than what my email stated. I didn't see any adjustment. This was our first time staying at the Holiday Inn Express and was not happy about our experience.

The hotel was clean and it was close to the location I needed to be at

Cons:

The counter was broken. The remote in the room did not work for the television and the handle on the bathroom door came off.

Good place to stay, home away from home
Pros:

Breakfast is very good and most of your staff are friendly. Though your swimming pool is under maintenance my grandson didn’t have the chance to swim.

Cons:

Pool is closed, bed is too old. If your charging your phone and turn off the switch all will turn off. Likewise in the bathroom if you only want the light in the mirror it will turn off also

The room was spacious.

Cons:

The pool was closed for the first day and a half. The breakfast was awful (juice machine broken, out of eggs, out of cream cheese, pancake machine empty)

Wonderful staff and service with clean rooms and good breakfast. A few minor imperfections
Pros:

Staff was wonderful. Very nice and courteous. Room was clean and breakfast was hot and good with plenty of options

Cons:

Bathroom door didn’t latch. Elevator worked fine but was a little rough around the edges.

The accommodations exhibited some signs of wear, particularly the flooring, which appeared to be in need of refurbishment. Additionally, the bed frame presented a noticeable creak. The omelets served were slightly overcooked.

I would like to propose an enhancement to your amenities: the provision of cup cozies. As a frequent consumer of hot tea, I found the cups to be uncomfortably warm when transporting them to and from the dining area and my room.
