I would like to propose an enhancement to your amenities: the provision of cup cozies. As a frequent consumer of hot tea, I found the cups to be uncomfortably warm when transporting them to and from the dining area and my room.

Cons:

Squeaky bed. Flat pillows lumpy mattress. Not very clean. Breakfast had poor choices for people with dietary needs. Breakfast foods was often depleted and not stocked. Cleaning often did not fully stocked room with toilet paper o er, toiletries and towels.
