Convenient but needs higher higher housekeeping standards
Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Low on fruit. Out of whole milk all 3 days. Coffee was great !

Cons:

The room had a dusty dank smell even with the air conditioner fan on. The air unit needs serious cleaning. The carpet was soooo dirty that our socks were stained black after walking on it without shoes. Black washed off our feet during our morning showers after walking in bare feet to the bathroom overnight. The inner and outer shower curtains had pink mold on them along the bottoms. After a rainstorm the picture window had over a quarter inch of water on the sill.
