Absolutely terrible!!!! Will never stay there again!
Pros:

I will never stay here again! Girl at front desk in the evening was rude and on a power trip!!! We were so humiliated by her!!!! I think her name was Mia! She was disrespectful and kept saying we were being aggressive and she would send us to our room!!!

Cons:

Front desk girl power trip!!!! Still so mad about this and what happened !

It had a 24 hour shuttle to the airport

Cons:

Cleanness was the biggest issue.
Mold and hair in shower
Old food and stains on carpet by bed.
Ice bucket broken
Floors in halls and elevators cover in water from pool.
Hotel smelt of weed.

Cleaning staff are perfect but front desk & shuttle pick up needs trained!
Pros:

Bed was comfortable & cleanliness perfect

Cons:

No front desk staff @ arrival had to wait. Friendly welcome would have been appreciated. On returning for shuttle had to call 3xs waited 30 mins

Southwest friendly hotel seemed clean

Cons:

I did not get the rooms I booked. We booked two rooms with two queen size beds in each room and instead we got a one bedroom for each room and then one had a pull-out sofa. Maybe this is not the hotel's fault. Maybe this is The fault of booking.com but our rooms also were nowhere near each other which I had asked for.

Pros:

The front desk wasn’t really staffed. The shower creaked like it was going to fall through the floor. I asked for a late checkout and still had cleaning come to my door. Not worth $200+ a night.
