The staff

Cons:

The last three times I stayed there the elevator nearest to my room was broken down. This time the elevator was broke and we were at the complete opposite end of the hotel from where the restaurant, ice machine washer and dryer are. I am disabled. I requested over 48 hours in advance for a room facing north and closest to the elevator, ice machine etc. I never got a call letting me know that that 33 rooms were shut down due to lack of staff and they were not able to accommodate me. We couldn't flush the toilet all 3 days we stayed there either. We were on the east side of the hotel and the nearest bathroom was on the complete opposite side of the hotel downstairs by the restaurant. It was the most inconvenient and uncomfortable stay I've ever experienced. I would like a reimbursement for that if possible?

Les passes remis à la réception ne fonctionnaient pas en raison d’une erreur d’attribution de chambre + il a fallu descendre chercher une serviette de toilette à la réception.

Zeer goed hotel al was het maar voor 1 nacht
Pros:

Uitstekend hotel. Voor ons was het een tussenstop van Death Valley NP naar Sequoia NP. Niet duur en een mooie schone kamer met gratis parkeren en een goed ontbijt. Top.

Cons:

Geen enkele klacht.

Overall it was confortaboe and was what we needed. Staff was great, especially the restaurant
