Pros:

Great location staff was awesome, very clean room.

Cons:

Smoking on the grounds of the facility. If you have your window open in your room, the smoke still finds its way inside. Smoke off the property or in your vehicle.

Pros:

the room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

the room was supposed to be $143 but was charged $196. When I called to ask, I was told the difference would be returned. I have not seen it yet. Also, there was nothing stating that the extra money would be removed from my account

Pros:

The pool and hot tub were great but a bit crowded. Maybe a few more chairs? the breakfast was exceptional. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Clean, friendly and comfortable stay
Pros:

Was welcomed and the check in process was very smooth. The hotel was clean and all staff were very friendly. Breakfast area was always clean and offered lots of options.

Will definitely be back when the price is so reasonable and the hotel is near a lot food and shops
Pros:

The price was reasonable. We were upgraded to a suite, which was nice. The location was great.

Cons:

Not enough hot water in the shower. Could not stream on the tv even though we called ahead of time to ask and we were told we could.

You won’t be disappointed, worth every penny!
Pros:

We loved the location, easy in and out. Facilities were clean and well lit. Breakfast was a nice surprise as we expected continental, but it was a full breakfast!! And delish!

The fact I went there to use pool after having knee surgery and they had some kind of baby and me class and then another one right after so I checked out the afternoon before I was supposed to. Waste of money.

Wish the staff would of paid attention to what was going on

I liked that it was close to everything

Cons:

half of the one day and night I was there the elevator was broken. Then the pool was full of kids that were jumping and splashing with no supervision. May I add those same kids were running the hallways until almost 1 AM.

Pros:

Room size and free breakfast. 24/7 coffee

Cons:

The cleaness of the room. There was looked like a potato under the edge of the couch. There was a pill beside the headboard on the floor.
