Cons:

When we arrived and got our room. There was someone else there. Went down to desk and they apologized that they had a power outage that morning and things may have got scrambled. Thankfully they had another room for us

Pros:

The people were so professional and friendly. I can’t tell the last time I’ve been to a hotel like this. Melissa at the front desk was exceptional, and professional and had great recommendations. I loved that there was parking.

If I had of been in a different room, I'm sure everything would have been perfect
Pros:

Staff were so helpful and so friendly, hotel was clean, breakfast was really good.

Cons:

Our room was so noisy I couldn't sleep our whole stay, sounded like pipes rattling in the walls, was so loud!! Also behind the Aircon it felt like there was a hole in the wall it was freezing.
