Fabulous! Great customer service.
Pros:

The breakfast was phenomenal, one of the best I have seen in all my travels around the world, and in my 28 years of military service (Navy). The location is a bit of a hustle to buses and trains, especially trains, but it's manageable.

Cons:

My room was very noisy. The AC and the bathroom were very noisy. It seemed as if the toilet was constantly flushing on it its own. We had a room on the basement (C level), and one of the elevators wasn't working. So, there was always a long wait to get to my room.
Parking is a bit of a challenge; it's first come first serve bases.
They didn't have tour information or tickets on sale at the counter, like other hotels with organized trips or tours.
No Suttles available to take you to and from bus or train stations.

Pros:

Hotel muy bien ubicado...cerca de las principales atracciones con muy bien precio en relacion a los hoteles sque puedes encontrar en Manhattan. Todo limpio y el personal muy atento.

Cons:

Encontrar parqueo tarde en la.noche era un poco complicado la capacidad se llegabas mucho mas de lo que podía permitir el hotel
