Pros:

It’s clean and has all needed facilities.

Cons:

The location is slightly inconvenienced if you want to connect to public transport. There is one favourable connection but that is subject to time and delays.

Pros:

the parking is convenient and free

Cons:

You have an infestation of rats running around from the Mc Donalds next door to your garbage cans to your basement, i have seen these running around in the morning before I left in the car park and at night when I came back, they are so confident that they just run towards you with out being worried that you are going to kick them away. These rats are as big as cats. I have seen 1 cat that walked away from them.
