It was clean, comfortable and overall a good value (except the room location..)
Pros:

Free parking and decent breakfast. The staff was nice too

Cons:

My room was located beneath the lobby floor (possibly in the basement), where I could see people’s feet walking up the ramp through the window. The hotel's location was not ideal either — it was dark and situated in an industrial area.

Hard to get a good deal in NYC. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was overpriced (like all NYC hotels).

Everything was great

Cons:

When we arrived and got our room. There was someone else there. Went down to desk and they apologized that they had a power outage that morning and things may have got scrambled. Thankfully they had another room for us
