This is an excellently place to stay when visiting the city of Arras.
Pros:

The facilities are exceptionally modern and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just a short walk from the Arras Railway Station and the downtown district. A very good complimentary breakfast is included.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Excellent stopping point on our way back to Calais
Pros:

Excellent secure parking, for a fee, good small bar, 10 minute walk to the town centre, the breakfast ( included) is self service with a good choice of meats and cheeses

Very good hotel
Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there was enough variety. Al in al a very good value for your money.

Cons:

Everything was clean, but around the floor where the reception is, hangs a toilet smell around. I don’t know where that came from, but my husband and I smelled it like a couple times in one day.

Le pain du petit déjeuner n’est pas bon
Baguette blanche, toast mais pas un bon pain de campagne avec des graines épais
Un pain aux graines industriel pas bon

Trouver une bouteille d’eau fraîche est impossible il faut demander pour découvrir un bouton d’eau sur la machine à jus de fruit !

A good basic option for staying in Arras.
Pros:

Short walk to central area for restaurants. Hotel isn’t fancy but it’s comfortable, clean, does what it’s meant to. Good parking, nice refurbished bar areas. Breakfast is ok, good continental options, hot items limited.

Nothing to not like. It’s fine.

Great rooms in good location
Pros:

Love this hotel - 10 mins walk to Place de Heroes. Room really large with good bathroom. Nice bar area. Excellent breakfast, more than just continental.
