Pros:

Localisation à deux pas de la gare et du Centre ville.
Amabilité de tout le personnel.
Bon petit déjeuner- salle agreable.
Propreté de l établissement , du linge de lit et de toilette .
Literie et chambre spacieuses ( environ 20m2) . Salles de bains ok.
Nous étions au calme au 4 ieme etage.
Très bon rapport qualité prix global

Cons:

Juste un petit bémol : matelas pas tout à fait assez fermes à mon goût.

The maze of elevators and passageways from the car park. Also, the room had no air exchange. It was very hot.

Pros:

Habe schon oft in der Kette IHG Holiday Inn übernachtet. Da die Häuser alle ziemlich baugleich sind , weiß man was ein erwartet. Ich bin immer sehr zufrieden. Zusätzlich hat man ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Excellent location for both the train station and the city, room was very comfortable, the small games room & children's area was a bonus for our children. Good choice of breakfast

Convenient for central Arras, clean, tidy, friendly staff.
Pros:

It’s position and easy to find. Clean, relaxed tidy.

Cons:

Cost for dog. 15 euros for a tiny jack Russel

With additional cost for parking more than we think it was worth.

Our bathroom mirror was cracked and covered up with plastic
