Decent hotel for a short stay
Pros:

The hotel was decent for a short stay. The room was comfortable, and the location was convenient. Breakfast was great though!

GREAT EXPERIENCE
Pros:

The overall experience was great. The staff were friendly, the hotel and pool were very clean, and I really appreciated the complimentary toothbrushes, and toothpaste available at the front desk. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. We were only on a quick trip, so unfortunately, we could only stay for one night.

Overpriced. Wish they got new mattresses and black out curtains

It was mediocre at best.
Pros:

The bathtub in the spa suite is nice and big and AC works well.

Cons:

Don’t use the jets in the jacuzzi tub. Dirty. Breakfast was lacking. Didn’t have enough food for everyone.

Our stay was good.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, room was clean and nice.

Cons:

The T.V was very small, hard to read guide or description of movies, had to sit at the foot of the bed to be able to read.

Place was great, staff could have been more helpful.
Pros:

Place was clean and reasonably modern interior. The breakfast was a normal continental breakfast so this met expectations.

Cons:

When we first checked in around 6pm, it took a few minutes for the person in the office to come to the front desk.

Later (830pm), we called down to the front desk asking if the pillows had feathers in them due to an allergy and the front desk person reluctantly called another person to find the answer and called back to say yes they did have feathers. When we asked if they had any other hypoalergenic pillows, they said no and had no empathy or alternative solutions and sounded like they just wanted to get off the phone. We ended up using towels as pillows.

Great price, location, value, breakfast, and size for our family.
Pros:

The breakfast is amazing. The pool and waterside are good. The price is perfect. The room with the hide-a-bed for a family of 5 is perfect.

Cons:

The hide-a-bed and beds could be a bit more comfortable. The carpet could use a shampoo.

Run-down hotel
Pros:

This hotel is in rough condition, probably the most dated hotel I’ve stayed in. We stayed in the jacuzzi room but didn’t use it because the whole area smelled like mold. The floor is also carpeted which is an interesting choice for a jacuzzi area.

The chairs are also very old. Although the staff was friendly enough, it doesn’t seem like anything is taken care of in this hotel. There’s also nothing to do around the area.

Pros:

Your website, and hotel posts a hot tub and pool. You charge the price of a hotel that has a hot tub and you don't. Also there is no senior discount. For some reason I paid more in person than booking online . I paid 240.00 for Friday and paid 189.00 a night for Saturday and Sunday
The desk clerk said it was peak for Friday
