We won’t be back.
Pros:

The staff was helpful and nice.

Cons:

The hallway smelled like someone had been smoking skunk weed and they tried to mask the smell with air freshener. Our room’s curtains had holes in them and the tv didn’t work right.

A hotel should definitely have a decent toilet and shower.
Pros:

The breakfast and the staff was commendable.
The check in staff was knowledgeable and professional.
The size of the room made it comfortable.

Cons:

The toilet had a dark brown ring stain inside the toilet area.
The bathtub had a brown rusted ring stain as well.
The floor was gritty, had to wear slippers or socks.
Felt certain that the sheets were not changed after the last person using that room.

Wrong room. Hotel was nice and breakfast was good.

Cons:

We booked this room in Oct and was given a king size bed and we needed two queen beds, which is what we booked. Was told the reason we got a king room was because we requested a handicapped bathroom, which we didn’t need, but was on the room we booked. The room was supposed to have a roll in shower, which it did not, so if we did need it, we couldn’t use what was provided. Desk clerk was not friendly or helpful. My husband talked to someone else and she said that our room was being refunded back to y’all. Haven’t received a refund yet.

Absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed in location very dubious!! Room dirty and smelt all corridors and lifts heavily

The staff make this place the best option on the row of hotels here. My go to for Canton.
Pros:

The staff are extremely friendly and social. Great place to stay when you are working in the area. Excellent value and comfort.

Cons:

The one wash machine in the building is out of order. Even if it was working, only one wash machine for the entire building is a little lacking. Lots of contractors choose Holliday Inn for the value and comfort.
