Breakfast area is kept clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Large area to walk pets. Unfortunately many customers do not clean up after their dogs. Pretty gross! Not the hotels fault. Just very rude people. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

Great for overnight stay near Inverness FL
Pros:

Staff was great. They were happy, helpful,and listened to our submitted request prior to check in.

Room was comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was decent but the pancake machine was broken. (Too bad, it looks like a fun experience)

I would stay here again.

Cons:

There was a dehumidifier in the room with no instructions... We turned it off as it was very noisy. We live in Florida so we know why they might use them but we were unsure if a carpet had been cleaned, etc.
