Pros:

Clean room, no free breakfast like the holiday inn express & suites. Hot water was the biggest problem-it was either scolding or cold-no in between.

Pros:

Toilet was stopped up in one of the rooms. Sofa bed was extremely nasty in that same room. Babies were yelling, running and crying all night which is no fault of the hotel.

very noisy stay
Pros:

refrigerator made a loud clicking noise all night long i finally had to get up and pull it out from the wall and unplug it so we could get some sleep; and the airconditioner was even worse! Each time it cut off and back on there was a terrible screeching sound which of course made it almost impossible to get any sleep. I told the attendent the next morning about all of this and she said, cold and unconcerned, "oh, well - i hope you have a good day do you want a receipt?"

The maids are very efficient. They pay attention to every detail. I saw them wiping down the entry doors. The bathroom was excellent. Everything was excellent. Staff was friendly. The kitchen staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

I was still charged for this room even though I couldn’t stay because of their policy for not having more than 4 people in the room which was my nieces for their party and they didn’t want to accommodate them but wanted me to buy another room because they had a disturbance the night before
