Will definitely not stay at that facility again and all holiday inn’s are questionable now.

WiFi directions were not accurate. Room was hot and stuffy. TV didn’t work properly between check in and going to sleep, didn’t work at all in the morning. Bed was too high off the floor.

Not for Everyone
Pros:

The entire hotel was clean and pleasant. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant. The bed (once I finally got up in it) was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous, and a large variety of items. Actual cooked food too. Fresh and hot.

Cons:

I didn't like that I was misled on booking.com. I was given the option to reserve a smoking room. This was a very large part of the reason I chose this hotel. They don't have them. And nobody bothered to let me know that in advance. I also was under the impression that room service meals were available. Also not the case. I would not have stayed here if I had known. The toilet in the bathroom was so short I couldn't get up OFF it without help. The bed was so far off the floor that I couldn't get up ON it without help. The relaxation we were looking for did NOT happen. I will not be returning.
