Not the same hotel as before!

Cons:

Not cleaning room every day. Took us 3rd day to get cleaned. Lack of clean towels when asked for. Breakfast bar not stocked or clean up until 10 when it ends. Never had issues till this trip.

Riley was exceptional at the front desk. Loved the
Gym. Very comfortable.

Cons:

I had to call there three times to get a confirmation when I booked a second room. I booked my first one online and then I had a family member joining us from out of state and it was very much of a struggle getting this to happen. The manager stepped in and took care of it. Also, the girl at the front desk actually charged to my credit card instead of using it virtually to cover incidentals that I may order . Riley took care of that for me the next morning. It was just a mistake.
