Pros:

The breakfast was great. Service for breakfast and coffee was not so good. The wait staff through Starbucks was nice but never ended up coming to wait on us after saying they would be right back. Only saying they because unsure of correct pronouns. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. We will be returning for our future date night weekends!

I loved paying more to book thru booking.com. Why do you make it so difficult to get thru the hotel
Pros:

The pool was frigid. I liked that there was a hot tub to warm up in after trying to swim.
The room was very nice and clean.
The hotel was centrally located to what we wanted to do.
Lots of shopping around
showing was really nice

Cons:

The room was totally uncomfortable with the temperature. The fan would not shut off. So if it was on cool it was blasting cold air. If it was on heat it was blasting heat. There was no getting comfortable. the persons sleeping in the first bed got
the worst of it. shutting off the thermostat did nothing. we complained at the front desk and I don't think that did any good.

My stay was fine. The first room I was in the sink wasn’t draining & the maintenance guy had just left for the night

I like that it’s got an upscale feel.
