Happy memories
Pros:

The room is spacious with bed comfort just right and clean. The carpet which is recently installed is soft and comfortable giving the hallway a bright and calm atmosphere.

Muy buena experiencia en Malaca.
Pros:

Habiatacion limpia y espaciosa. Tuvimos la suerte de tener vistas al mar. Hotel tranquilo, un poco alejado del bullicio ( 10 min a pie) Personal muy amable. La piscina genial, y el gymnasio pequeño pero tiene todo typo de maquinas.

Despite that shortcoming regarding the key card, all in all, it was a memorable, happy stay for us.
Pros:

Breakfast, choice of foods available, and cleanliness was matching my high expectations.

Cons:

The key card to room 506 was not functioning smoothly. The lock was repaired once, but the cards remained trouble shooting. On one occasion, after my meeting, I had to telephone my wife from the front desk, and ask her to come down with her card, enabling me to reach 5th floor.

Good hotel great staff
Pros:

The location is great . The rooms were clean and staff was friendly and polite

Cons:

The hotel should ask the council to put a set of traffic lights or zebra crossings from the hotel to the shopping centre . As that is a busy road and it’s very difficult to cross the road if you are older

Pros:

We were very happy as it was a memorable first stay with our newborn. Staff has been understanding to our needs and helped us along the way while we were managing our little one . Thank you guys . It was a pleasant and amazing stay indeed.

Splendid stay. Would return again as I had done many times.

Breakfast was superb. Everything served was tasty. They even served Roti Sarang Burung!! The Chef made soft scrambled eggs for me.
