Normaal hotel, okay, maar zwembad een aanfluiting.
Pros:

Personeel was geweldig! Kamer okay, bedden okay. Ontbijt ook goed.

Cons:

We boekten dit hotel ( na een reis van zeven weken) om een beetje uit te rusten. Zwembad zag er goed uit….
Wat bleek geen enkele parasol beschikbaar… geen schaduwplekken. Ronduit een aanfluiting. Handdoeken bij het zwembad 20 jaar over datum. Een aanfluiting. Als je wat vroeg of zei een schamper lachje, maar geen enkele oplossing in vijf dagen, behalve dat er een oude totaal gescheurde parasol ergens vandaan kwam na 4 dagen….

Not worth the money. 5 star hotel but does not impress me much
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Breakfast was not so good. Topping up was very bad. Staff not proactive. Label of food was wrong. Standard drop . I was regular there now not so good.

Romms were neat and clean. Dosent look line a five star hotel. Staffs were very friendly.

Rooms were neat and clean. Staffs were very friendly. Location also fine. Can use grab to go to tourist places.

Cons:

Struggled a lot with food. Adjusted with grab ordering from Saravana restaurant. We choose western food. Stay was for 2 days. There is no buffet for western food. Very less options. Pizza, pasta and chicken. It’s repetition of same menu. We need to tell the time upfront for dinner. I would say don’t go with breakfast and dinner.

Excellent, friendly and sincere service from reception to housekeeping.

Cons:

The spa was a disappointment. Massage was sub par and rushed. A 120mins treatment was completed 15 mins early
