The swimming pool is warm. Kids suite got kids gift like coloring item, carry junior powder and shampoo, my kids love it. Breakfast were delicious and got many options

Underwhelming & needs a renovation!

The pool!

Cons:

Air con noisy & not able to adjust. Light flashing on ceiling. We stayed 1 night after booking for 4 nights but left as Hotel only offered another room which would have been the same!

Pros:

We hadden een leuke familiekamer, onze kids vonden het fantastisch. Het hotel ligt iets verder van de bezienswaardigheden maar met de grab ben je er met enkele minuten en voor een paar ringgit.
Fijn zwembad en prima ontbijt!

I’d get back to holiday inn in the near future.
Pros:

Good location and bus service provided to nearby scenic area.

Cons:

Room sound proof is inadequate especially the hotel guests are not behaving during sleeping time. The noise level is not bearable. I bade a complaint and hope it works.
