Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, the ceiling to floor glass panel gives unobstructed view of the sea/city and a perfect location…truly an enjoyable stay…

Cons:

The disappointing part is that the hotel does not have neflix, You tube or smart tv unlike other newer hotels. This is the main reason that would discourage me from coming again to this hotel.

Good and bad stay in Holiday Inn Malacca.
Pros:

Cleanness, view and hospitality is great.

Cons:

1 : When im arrived. My room is not ready for 3 person as per booking. I have to tell them my booking status.
2: Im booking for 3 person with extra double bed but they only give me room for 3 person with extra single bed. Not value for money.

Great vacation hotel
Pros:

My kids love the kids suite.. Pool was exceptional.. everything was on spot.. Hotel have Chargesini AC charger in front of main lobby door.. so i can easily charge my ev before sleep.. Will come back for sure anytime

Heerlijk hotel.
Pros:

Mooi schoon hotel en een heerlijk zwembad, ontbijt was top en de locatie vlakbij de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden. En een shuttlebus :)

Cons:

Voor een biertje met alcohol moet je even buiten de deur kijken ;)

Pros:

1. Very good shower and very fast water.
2. Room quite clean
3. Parking basement so easy access to and from car
4. Room have comfortable carpet

Cons:

1. During breakfast few occasions have no plate to eat. Hotel guests waiting up to 15 minutes. We verbally informed the workers, they said still washing plates. Its a long weekend and Hari Merdeka. WE don't blame the workers. The hotel management should take responsibility; they should already anticipated there will be many guests during this long holiday period and moreover the breakfast is not free. Really need to improve.
2. The in-room services good 24 hours open but for hot dinks only coffee being serve to the room. They should include hot tea, hot chocolates and teh tarik as well.
