Amazing staff , we were two families with kids and all staff everywhere in premises help us alot. What I must say I stayed holiday inn many countries but this 1 is biggest one nd best one. Keep it up. I always put recommendations for holiday inn , even in my whst group having more than 40 members 😊 I already posted about it.
Breakfast option for vegetarian was rare , and no Ready-made tea like masala or indian tea. M not asking anything specific but now a days these things are common. Unfortunately paratha also had egg inside so we took breakfast only one day next day we ordered from outside

Stuff in the 2nd floor restaurant is very friendly… They will proactively offer services and assist guests in fetching the food they need, and promptly clean up the used tableware.
The hotel facilities have poor noise insulation at night, which can disturb sleep.
The staffs are friendly and approachable. The room is quiet and clean , and accurately represented in the hotel’s photos.
The pillows are too soft.
Private and safe especially for car park as there is security guard. Sea view rooms are great too. Room is clean and housekeeping will replace with bedroom slippers and amenities daily.
Thought buffet breakfast is provided daily, there isn’t much variety for our three days’ stay there. Hope to see the menu improves with mashed potatoes, baked pies and kuai kuai. We stayed on the 17th floor and the room has water leakage due to the aircon. We suspect the aircon pipes may be blocked with dirt. We used a dustbin pail to contain the leakage.
Everything and the spa especially with discounts for house guests . I also live the Italian Restaurant. The food served is so yummy.
