Clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was not great. 1 Coffee machine was broken. The one that did work took a long time to brew one small cup o coffee. I ended up sharing a cup with my wife, so I didn't make others wait. I waited for a lady to make 2 cups then 2 were waiting on me. It felt stressful. No butter out for toast. sausage was not good. Really disappointing.

The room was clean. The bed was pretty comfortable.
Breakfast was supposed to be included but wasn't. We tried cancelling the reservation since we booked it on Saturday and my cousin was admitted to ICU last minute and I was hoping to stay with him. Unfortunately, we didn't hear back about cancelling the room so I stayed there. It is not what I would expect from a hotel chain that we have stayed with numerous times in other cities.
The breakfast was good, I would have liked some waffles, the sausage cooked a little more. The staff did tell my grandson he couldn't get anymore orange juice, which I didn't understand. But overall it was good.
Maybe some additional fruit offered, milk options for the drink, cup for toddlers.

The location was great. The hotel and room were very clean. Room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was nice.
There was no hot water for showers. We called down to front desk twice and it apparently was not fixed. The water was extremely cold. They said they could not give us a different room because the empty rooms were all on the same hot water tanks.

We were on a holiday tour of Christmas festivities in amusement parks and chose this hotel for our stop in Kings Island.
As you look across the reviews of comparable hotels in this market, you will notice a decline in the reviews, but I'm happy to report this hotel has maintained its quality. I have stayed in this hotel multiple times now over several years. Currently the hotel is undergoing a renovation, and everything already looked great. Glad that they keep up the standards! Breakfast was good but could use a bit more variety on the hot items. All of the staff were friendly and the sleep quality was great. No issues with our stay. Only advice would be turn left out of the service road and go "the long way" to wherever you are going as the traffic at the intersection with I-71 to the right is just excruciating. Will likely be back this Christmas!
