Spacious feel and friendly staff
Pros:

The property has spacious common areas, the rooms are large and well-decorated, and the breakfast prices were very reasonable. Parking is convenient and there are several restaurants and businesses in close proximity.

Cons:

The only thing that we found to be a little inconvenient was the location being a good distance from downtown. Depending on your reason for visiting Quincy, it may or may not be a concern.

Comfortable, Clean Stay!!
Pros:

Front desk agent at night was extremely pleasant and helpful! I forget her name. The rooms were very clean! Location is great!

Clean hotel, comfy bed.

Cons:

For the price you pay, you would think they would include breakfast. So I went to McDonald's up the street. Pffttt. I won't stay there again because of the price. Too bad cuz I like Holiday Inn. It's just not worth it.

Cons:

Plumbing issues that flooded bathroom and ants crawling on desk and bed. No response from management.

Overall, the hotel was exceptionally clean. Staff was friendly very nice , remodeled property.

Pros:

We were only there for a quick overnight stay. The room was very nice and if in the area, we'd stay again.

Cons:

Would have rather had a breakfast buffet. We did not have time to sit down to order a breakfast to use our vouchers.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was really clean. The hotel had been updated since my last stay, so the rooms were really nice.

Cons:

Not located in the best area, but the parking lot is well lit.

Great stay and Great people!!
Pros:

Thank you to Bob and the staff for giving my daughter a later check out. It was a surprise and God Bless you it was a wonderful one. Everytime we stay at these wonderful hotels we are treated with respect and care.

I didn’t say and I’ll never go back. I’ll never recommend it to anyone either too pricey for Quincy.
Pros:

Manager Mike, somebody? Very rude upon arrival sight past stay violations and refusing to honor reservation should’ve been cleaned up routinely, but he claimed otherwise without proof, bad attitude, not customer, friendly. Passive aggressive, nasty.

Cons:

See the above. Manager should not be in charge of people if he’s gonna be so unfriendly toward them perhaps you get a different job in the janitorial area where they seem to have so many problems cleaning rooms adequately.
