Pros:

Room size was small, breakfast room was too small for the number of people, lots of younger children running around banging on doors and running away till early hours of the morning.

Nice stay in Hull, except the weather!
Pros:

Great central location. Nice check in experience with Dion, clean, airy reception area with bar/restaurant. Room was nice, comfortable. 7th floor (room 720) with good views. No herbal teas but reception provided some. Bed a bit soft but slept okay. Free breakfast was very good, great choice, hot food very hot. Was able to leave bags after check out. Nice stay, would return.

Cons:

Reception was on the first floor but the stairs up to it were like it was on the second or third floor. Thankfully the lifts were working! Bathroom was a bit small and shower was adequate but not very hot or powerful. Fire alarm went off twice. One during the night, while we were sleeping. Both were false alarms.

Sehr freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer.
Das Frühstück hätte noch etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können, war aber in Ordnung. Die Lage mitten inder Stadt hat und such gefallen.

Cons:

Die Betten sind für etwas kleinere Menschen etwas hoch.

Convenient location for a brief trip to Hull.
Pros:

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Very convenient location next to the train station.

Cons:

We thought we had booked a large double bed but it was very small. Staff were happy to switch us to a twin room instead. The breakfast was low quality. I had vegan sausages but they were dry, overcooked and inedible. My husband said the scrambled eggs were are dry and unpleasant to eat.

Very good hotel in good location with excellent breakfast offering.

Room good, only downside standard double bed quite small.
