Great stay, good value, breakfast included as standard
Pros:

Really clean, staff super helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Bed were really comfortable, pillows too. Breakfast included in the price. Parking, although not included, was reasonable and spaces allocated to hotel guests. Location is central but quiet. Loved that the room could be serviced every day, if needed, which doesn't happen anymore in many hotels.

Cons:

Despite booking a double room, had an email after payiment was taken that rooms are either double or twin and are allocated on arrival. This should be made more explicit at time of booking. Small detail.

Pros:

The room was clean, all the bedding and towels where clean and fresh.
Great location so central to busses, trains and local shops and restaurants

Cons:

I thought the breakfast was poor hash browns over cooked, bread was dry i like a couple slices in morning with butter untoasted, but they wasn't covered so dried out.

Lovely overnight stay for our sightseeing trip
Pros:

Excellent welcome, very friendly and helpful.

Room very good. Clean and comfortable with storage and comfortable bed.

Tea and coffee making essentials.

Bathroom a little snug but OK and shower was fairly easy to get a good temperature.

Good breakfast choice.

Busy with business guests until 9.00 obviously but we managed to get a table ok and staff worked hard to clear the tables as they were vacated.

Good convenient parking.

Comfortable and friendly
Pros:

The location & breakfast

Cons:

Trying to get off the car park in a hurry was challenging. Its an overcomplicated system, you pay at the hotel but the car park doesn't always recognise your reg.

I think the hotel was a good value for money, the staff was super nice and I'd stay there again.
Pros:

The hotel is in a very good location, a three-minute walk from the train/bus station and a shopping center, a 15-minute walk from the historic Old Town. The staff was amazing—very nice and helpful. I also like the breakfast with gluten-free options, fresh fruit and a large and comfortable dining area.

Cons:

The wi-fi connection could have been better.
