Nice clean place with professional administration.
Pros:

The gentleman at the front desk late night was very professional and helped us genuinely on a very late check in. Great to work with!

Cons:

The room was great and clean. The only thing that would really make the place a lot better is a more comfortable bed/mattress. Our room was #327 the bed is way too firm but the pillows were nice. The only other thing was the early morning highway noise.

Unprofessional Staff and Poor Conditions
Cons:

The experience at this hotel was extremely unpleasant. Customer service was truly poor: the staff showed a rude attitude, little willingness to help, and gave unprofessional responses to basic requests. Additionally, the facilities were neglected, with poor cleanliness, unpleasant odors, and damaged items that no one bothered to fix. Overall, the service and the condition of the place were far below expectations.

The bed was comfortable. Good coffee. Great location. Enjoyed our stay.

Wheel chair facility. Too many helping bars around the bathtub. TV too far from bed to see good.

Just was very confused why when my husband went down for breakfast had to call me and get the rest of us out of bed because the hotel staff wouldn’t allow him to have breakfast because he didn’t have a voucher and they confirmed through our reservation that we didn’t have breakfast vouchers. But yet when we came down 20-30 min later together did not ask me or our children for vouchers and didn’t say another word to my husband about that but offered me a homemade eggs but I replied with “don’t you need our vouchers?” Was told , no we don’t. Makes no sense felt like a color thing I don’t know but very uncomfortable. Rooms could be better situated with all the furniture felt pretty crowded in what should have been a king room had two queens a desk with chair right up against bed and another chair with ottoman oddly located in the room.
