It was decent for this trip but I wouldn’t book it again.
Pros:

The view of the big pond behind the hotel was pretty. Location was easy to find

Cons:

The interior safety lock on the door was broken. The pullout bed was broken, the tv only lets you watch local channels despite it being a smart tv with more capabilities.

Terrible
Pros:

The sofa bed not usable it was completely broken. No options or other room was available. My family and I had to leave and look for another hotel late at night after driving all day. Worst place ever.

Pros:

Quiet location. They appear to be in the middle of updating this place. Our stay went well.

Cons:

The bathroom was updated with good sinks and lighting. The toilet was way to low for an adult.

Nice clean room, but total disregard for separation of construction area!
Pros:

Room was good, except the A/C unit and the thermostat were not connected and had to run the fan all night,

Cons:

As soon as you drive up you could tell that the place was under construction!! Who ever runs this location has let the construction crew do what ever they want!! I just happened to run into the city Inspector and the construction superintendent/ construction company owner when leaving location. Inspector was in disbelief as well as I. There was dust and supplies everywhere and construction crew in the lobby area physically breaking floor tile while my family were walking in the front door! There was not any difference between construction area and customer area! So unprofessional as a contract company.

Cons:

Property under heavy renovation, staff didn’t seem concerned about the chaotic environment. This information should have been disclosed at booking. Cleanliness at breakfast was questionable due to dust from renovation. Exit driveway was torn up, causing possible damage to under carriage of car, again staff not concerned.

Ok place
Pros:

Rooms were clean rooms facing back have a beautiful view of lake and houses with Christmas lights. Very nice

Cons:

Due to renovations small place to eat breakfast. Not enough places to sit ,breakfast ok ,pancake maker don't work. Coffee maker in room doesn't work .I'm sure things will be better as soon as renovations are done.
