I have fibromyalgia. I expected the pool to be open. I was surprised to find out when I got there that the pool was closed and they did not know when it was going to be reopened when I tried to contactbooking.com. I was unable to do so so I’m disappointed with booking.com as well.
Wasnt far off highway.alouds dogs their,but 50.00 charge is little steep per dog.
That pool and hot tub was down.hole reason pick this place to stay at.could had writen it in memo when looked up room that pools down.my room had no hand towels dry hands.had dirty floor in bathroom, dryed up dog pees under sink.carpet has way to many pee and other stains on it felt gross. smelt stale in the room.beds to hard.
We only had one night here, but had a very nice room. Very clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was great also, with many breakfast options.

No pool or hot tub
The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and loved my little dog. And, I enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning.
DO NOT RESERVE A ROOM! They are a great big sham!
We reserved a room for 5/23/26 not for the room itself but also for the amenities (the pool and hot tub) so our children could enjoy a nice evening after a long day of other activities.
We got there after said long day excited about the pool. Well that didn't happen. Not even close. When we entered the building there is a sign saying said pool and hot tub are not in service. That being said there was no notice anywhere but there on the door. Not on their website, not anywhere. We tried to cancel our reservation but told we would have to pay full price (about $200) even if we did cancel.
You see they have a policy saying that they require 48 hours notice to get out of the fees. Funny since they did not give us 48 hours notice letting us know they didn't have a pool. The only thing said was she would have to get back with us after talking to the manager the next day! So we tried calling corporate. They couldn't do a single thing for us because it is a franchise and they have no authority. We promptly left. Still waiting on a call and it has now been 24 hours. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt but still haven't heard a darn thing.
My kids were broken hearted and we had a 3 to 4 hour drive with them crying. I feel trapped by this. Almost if not a scam.
BTW still waiting on them to acknowledge us. And would still like my $200 back.

Light in room hallway didn't work. Tile in bathroom was loose and groote was cracking.
The price was good.
The pool was not open.
The bed was comfortable staff excellent
The pool and hot tub wasn't working 😔 then there was about 50 kids running up down hall knocking on doors screaming I came there on business and I was exhausted I too drive back to Missouri a 4 hr trip and was tired from not getting rest I did complain to front desk she tried her best
Proximity to where I needed to be
That i was placed on the "pet floor" the room smelled like dog and there was hair on the bed. Big stains on the carpet
Pool closed
Booked a room with 3 bed room and got there and was given a queen room with 2 beds. Was told they over booked.
Instead of calling and verifying if this was ok, just moved us to a different room.
No partial refund or anything.
