The bed was comfortable staff excellent

Cons:

The pool and hot tub wasn't working 😔 then there was about 50 kids running up down hall knocking on doors screaming I came there on business and I was exhausted I too drive back to Missouri a 4 hr trip and was tired from not getting rest I did complain to front desk she tried her best

Got screwed
Cons:

Booked a room with 3 bed room and got there and was given a queen room with 2 beds. Was told they over booked.
Instead of calling and verifying if this was ok, just moved us to a different room.
No partial refund or anything.

Could of been better
Pros:

The property was fine it was a good location to find.

Cons:

First night air conditioning was messed up , the tv screen was green . When I arrived to check in i stand at the desk for 20 minutes while the front desk clerk was outside on the phone and smoking a cigarette. She wasn’t very greeting

Price was fair but they need to fix many of the hotels rooms, halls etc. outdated and not kept up,

The property said they had no rooms avaliable even though we booked with you so we didn't even stay at this hotel WE NEED A refund for this room !

Nothing after paying for the room, they said they not have room available for the night and the hotel is sold out.

Cons:

I feel really bad and discriminate because the front desk lady stands up and talking to her supervisor in secret that was really disappointing.

Hotel cancelled my reservation - called me while i was in route the day of checkin.
Pros:

Location was why i picked it for a volleyball tournament two hours away from home.

Cons:

Booked weeks out for a volleyball tournament. This hotel is 2 hours away, and while i was in route to check in- i get a call from the hotel stating that they didn't have a room for me due to overbooking. Not cool at all. Very poor management of reservations on their end. Never had issues before.

All in all good! Except the bo odor. Carpet pretty stained up!
