Reliable home away from home
Pros:

The InterCon in buckhead is close to my second home with how frequently I’m in ATL. Elijah at the front desk is always so helpful; Ada, Holly, Patrick and John at the Americano bar are such a joy. A special thank you to Eric who keeps the lounge in great order and makes the experience awesome for anyone that is visiting - and always has a great bubbly to offer 🥂. See you all soon!

Best Birthday Experience Ever
Pros:

I had the absolute best hotel experience at the Intercontinental. Since I'm from Atlanta, I did a staycation at the hotel. I got there early and didn't expect my room to be ready, so I was going to hang out at the pool, but it was ready upon arrival. The service from the staff, like Salim, was absolutely fantastic. The pool was a nice place to hang out in the afternoon, and then the dinner at the Americano restaurant was delicious as ever. I highly recommend staying here at any time.

We were very pleased with all guest services.
Pros:

My family and I had a wonderful expirience at this hotel. My husband gave me some time to myself and booked a spa appointment. My massage therapist Jose provided an outstanding job. The session was both relaxing and therapeautic and I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvinated. Its definitely a place worth visiting again.

Disappointing Stay
Pros:

Poor value based on the cost of the hotel and its location. It took several hours for our room to be ready to 4 hours and did not offer any alternatives while waiting. The front desk service team was uninterested and not helpful. The front desk team is the frontline of the hotel, and they should be working efficiently and they were not. The front desk team was unknowledgeable about the area and were unable to connect with the concierge. Food was also mediocre and service was poor. All of which was disappointing because you are already paying a 20% tip on all items from a simple soda or a full meal. Not what you would expect from an Intercontinental property.

Most Amazing Massage
Pros:

My masseuse José Luis was absolutely amazing! Every kink and every knot he found, and he got rid of completely . He was extremely professional, conscientious, and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a great deep tissue massage. I will be driving back into town just to see him! Thanks you so much, José.

Disappointed
Pros:

Although my business booked a conference for three nights, upon arrival at 12 AM we were told there is no room available for four of us then have confirmations. The guest services were rude, unapologetic and one gentleman after me asking where we are going to sleep, said “you are welcome to sleep on the lobby floor”. This was in front of several others as well as hotel employees. I will never, and neither will my business stay at an intercontinental or Hilton property. Lady at the desk was extremely rude, no smile no greeting. The manager was very short and rude as well. I have never experienced this at any hotel chain. The next morning 6/17 the staff on duty was extremely nice.

Pros:

Absolutely amazing. Mr Tedddy, our chauffeur was super professional, proficient and very friendly. We really enjoyed our ride with him. If you’re in ATL, you need to sleep at Intercontinental Buckhead. Super clean, spacious for us with a toddler, and food was delicious. Top notch service!

Impeccable Service and a Beautiful Stay
Pros:

Clean room, exceptional service, and an overall wonderful stay! From check-in to check-out, the staff was incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. A special shout-out to Laura, the pool bartender—she was absolutely amazing, friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Her outstanding hospitality truly stood out. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit! Highly recommend.

Cabana Service with Laura - 10/10
Pros:

My friends and I had a girls’ pool day at the cabana and Laura took such good care of us! She truly went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. She was incredibly attentive and kind. Can’t wait to come back!
