酒店各方面都挺好； 员工办事效率慢，培训不到位！

位置很好；去往世界之窗，欢乐谷，锦绣中华民俗村都可以步行过去。很方便！

Cons:

1. 工作人员办理入住的时候效率慢；在前台等了足足30分钟。 解释说因为找不到订单，解释因为系统问题。 后续送了两盘水果作为补偿，但酒店入住本就比较晚，还带着三个孩子和大人，工作效率需提升。
2. 对工作人员撒谎事件很不满意；办理退房就问了前台是否可以给账单和发票。 前台表示这些需要第三方平台Booking来提供。 后续打了他们客服电话再次确认，表示这些信息都是该酒店来提供了。 对之前员工的行为表示道歉。 不能理解酒店对这方面信息都会存在培训不到位的事情发生？

It’s very suitable for family with young kids, there’s plenty to roam around, and the swimming pool is very popular for them

Cons:

One thing I’m not sure is the cleanliness of the family room, where the carpet and furniture has visible stains. I understand the rooms are dated, but dust on speakers, in the corner are visible, which does affect the experience of the stay. More water can be provided.
