地理位置不错，出门就是地铁去到哪里都很方便

Cons:

退房前一晚，酒店礼宾部员工3次致电说要送我们一个蛋糕……直至退房也没看见蛋糕，不知道是什么意思？不是没有收到蛋糕而计较（我和先生也不太能吃甜食）觉得这操作很莫名。

酒店各方面都挺好； 员工办事效率慢，培训不到位！

位置很好；去往世界之窗，欢乐谷，锦绣中华民俗村都可以步行过去。很方便！

Cons:

1. 工作人员办理入住的时候效率慢；在前台等了足足30分钟。 解释说因为找不到订单，解释因为系统问题。 后续送了两盘水果作为补偿，但酒店入住本就比较晚，还带着三个孩子和大人，工作效率需提升。
2. 对工作人员撒谎事件很不满意；办理退房就问了前台是否可以给账单和发票。 前台表示这些需要第三方平台Booking来提供。 后续打了他们客服电话再次确认，表示这些信息都是该酒店来提供了。 对之前员工的行为表示道歉。 不能理解酒店对这方面信息都会存在培训不到位的事情发生？
