A fabulous hotel with great facilities
Pros:

Fabulous breakfast. And the Smoothie Bar where you could choose fruits and veg for your own smoothie was great fun for the kids too. Huge pool and lovely seating area under the trees. Separate kids slides and water play area and little sandy beach. The executive lounge facilities were great too, including buffet breakfasts and dinners with a wide selection of dishes. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The pool restaurant didn't open the whole of Easter weekend, even when the weather cleared up. Very long queues for breakfast if you didn't get to the main restaurant before 9.00. And the hotel closed the main pool on Easter Monday which was a shame as it was one of the main attractions for families with kids.

如果带着小孩子旅行，非常推荐这间酒店！
Pros:

这次选择了亲子套房，两个孩子超级喜欢，所以家长也住的更舒心。酒店给帮我们安排了房间管家，我们的管家叫Aggie小橘，服务意识极好-因为我在国内用网不方便，帮忙叫车，还主动推荐附近可玩的景点。我随口问了一下美甲，她会帮忙联系美甲店和预约，我在平台上订错了房间的日期她也会帮忙协调沟通。因为这些帮忙，然后我带着两个小孩子在入住期间省了很多时间也省心。如果下次来深圳肯定还要住这里。

Superb - best place for families with young children.
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely fantastic - clean, amazing staff, superb facilities. It’s a dreamland for kids - highly recommend if you have young children. They will absolutely love the playground, dedicated kids restaurant, swimming pool area and there is even a merry-go-round. Special thanks to Dafne who was absolutely exceptional, Lucy, and the rest of the team including the duty manager who was incredibly helpful. Our flight was cancelled and rescheduled and the team did everything possible to assist us and make our stay special. We booked the Family King Suite with Bunk Bed. It’s a special room with its own play area and it was spectacular.

Cons:

There was a small inconvenience with the room which was immediately fixed. If anything this showed how fantastic the team was.

Unexpected pool closure ruined our stay
Pros:

The hotel is impressive and beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathtub was great for throwing all the kids in at once. The breakfast selection was pretty good, we got there before 7.30 to avoid the crowds. The pool (on the one afternoon it was open) was great, the kids played for hours in the Waterpark. The beach area was also nice for little kids. The indoor pool has a nice big hot tub but do note you need a swim cap to swim indoors. Staff at the kids area were very sweet and kind, we fed the kids at the Utopia restaurant twice and whilst the food is average the staff were really sweet with the children. The kids also loved the outdoor playground and merrygoround.

Cons:

Without prior notice the outdoor pool and Waterpark were closed and wouldn't be reopened for 2 weeks. Apparently the hotel were only told about the pool renovations the night before. We totally understand this was not the fault of the hotel staff but it was managed so badly, no information given to guests and the closure apparently was not urgent and could have waited until after the busy holiday period, the hotel was still fully booked! The hotel did offer for us to have an upgrade for a return stay as compensation. We were also pestered on our 2nd morning at breakfast, a staff member insisting we must pay for our 8 year old son, we kept using Google translate to explain our booking was for 5 people all with breakfast included but it took all of the meal to sort this out. Finally the hotel is underutilised, there's a lovely pool bar and restaurant but again, despite the hotel being packed, was shut! We paid a lot for our stay and were so excited but the service and facilities fell short of our expectations.

the lounge facilities were excellent from breakfast through to Happy Hour drinks and buffet supper. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Great facilities for children too.

Cons:

There was a 30 minute queue for the buffet breakfast on Easter Sunday morning.

Pros:

地理位置不错，出门就是地铁去到哪里都很方便

Cons:

退房前一晚，酒店礼宾部员工3次致电说要送我们一个蛋糕……直至退房也没看见蛋糕，不知道是什么意思？不是没有收到蛋糕而计较（我和先生也不太能吃甜食）觉得这操作很莫名。
