Exceptional staff and spacious, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

My stay at this hotel did not get off to a great start. I had recently been stuck in a lift and have been experiencing severe panic when in them since. When I arrived I asked for stairwell access to my room and was told there wasn’t any, which I got very upset and anxious about. I was extremely tired after travelling from London and felt terrible for getting so upset.

Despite being an unusual request, the staff, including the manager on duty very quickly made arrangements to assist me. The manager was so kind and made sure I got to my room and then followed up with a plan to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. They really went above and beyond.

The rest of my week at the hotel was great. I was there for work, and found myself well rested the entire time. My room was large, clean and super comfortable. There were lots of nice touches that made it feel like a premium hotel. The in room dining was lovely and I didn’t have to stress about anything throughout my stay, which helped me stay focused on work.

Each and every staff member I encountered was polite, engaged and eager to help. I particularly loved the gentlemen who set up in room dining for me one night. Great energy!

A huge thanks to the manager Salah and the security who helped, it really is deeply appreciated.

Pros:

The room is quite big and clean. The staffs are all kind and helpful.

Cons:

1. The location is dangerous. There are a lot of homeless people around the hotel.
2.Everything needs to pay. It costs over 90$ for parking, and if you want to watch TV you also need to pay.

Pros:

The front desk staff were pleasant to talk to during our stay.

Cons:

Parking is $92 per stay

Hotel refund process has been a nightmare. 15 days out and still waiting for our deposit refund. Calls to the team have been unfruitful.

ok
Pros:

Room clean.

Cons:

$80 for parking? Only tea in room; no coffee. And, coffee machine in low cabinet? Phone on nightstand didn't work. But, the worst was no lock on bathroom door. Never staying again.
