Great quality rooms and breakfast buffet is sensational
Pros:

Hotel staff, room size, general quality and as always, breakfast buffet was sensational.

Cons:

Swimming pool was a little chilly, jacuzzi was perfect.

Wonderful, comfortable hotel

I love this hotel. Always stay here when I need a weekend away. Staff is friendly, very clean also

Traumatizing 911 experience
Pros:

We got kicked out for noise complain pass midnight. I got my non-verbal son with me. I acknowledge the first warning. The 2nd and 3rd i tried to tell them that we’re in bed and trying to sleep. She told me they will call 911 if we don’t leave. I told them just give us 15 mins they don’t need to call the cops. And she was walking in the hallway back to the lobby instructing the security to call 911. I was shaking because i did not do anything wrong but they still called the cops. The police came and saw us outside our room with my son and our bags. I told them this is very traumatizing because they don’t need the cops to get us out. Cops left because they recognized that i am willing to leave on my own. We left the hotel traumatized the whole time driving back home.
