Recommend staying here the night before a flight out to reduce day of travel stress
Pros:

Check in staff was super friendly and welcoming. Hot Chocolate in Hobby was a wonderful welcome

I love the fact it was very clean the staff was friendly the bed was so comfortable water was hot the tub was so relaxing

Overall, the stay was great.
Pros:

The location was great. The room was clean.

Cons:

The housekeeper was very persistent on cleaning our room on that Friday morning. The first time she came to the room, we explained to her that we were not ready for the room to be cleaned yet and politely asked her to come back. I’m
not sure if she understood us. She came back shortly after that and was saying she needed to clean the room and we told her again that we were still in the room and we would be out shortly. We felt slightly rushed.

on the whole it was a beautiful place to stay
Pros:

room was spotless clean and so comfortable

Cons:

wi fi was very hard to connect and when i went to reception for help i didnt realy get any,food on room service was very expensive for example breakfast for 2 cost 90 dollars

Nice place, but how could the room not be ready 2 hours after check in ?
Pros:

Location and was given connecting rooms for our two rooms.

Cons:

Arrived at 5pm local time. Left for dinner at 615pm and one of our two rooms were still not cleaned. I was asked for my phone number but never received a text the room was ever completed.

The free shuttle to and from the airport every 15 minutes was very convenient!

Park sleep fly so worth it
Pros:

Park sleep and fly was so worth it! Can’t even believe the deal we got for this quality of hotel and our car will be covered in a garage until we return. Very similar cost to just parking and storing our car for the week but we have a 3 hour drive from home in Michigan so the option to stay the night before and shuttle easily to airport was well worth it!
