Pros:

The staff was very helpful. Lobby was lovely. Parking was easy and cheaper than downtown Chicago.

Cons:

There was some visible wear and tear of the room, some fabrics wear definitely worn on the lamps, hangers, etc. Nothing dirty.

Amazing accommodations for a good value.
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and perfectly situated if you need to get to the airport early in the morning. The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Bathroom was clean and spacious, which is appreciated. The beds were very comfortable, and we had a nice meal in one of the restaurants.

Excellent stay close to O’Hare!
Pros:

The property is beautiful yet unpretentious. It is so close to O’Hare and the free shuttle is a huge benefit these days. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. I stayed here to go to a concert at the Rosemont Theater and it was right across the street. Very convenient.

Cons:

Far from downtown Chicago.
