Pros:

The room and perfect location.

Cons:

The staff at tge front desk. Not able to print invoice for the stay. Asked several times and it was always a problem. They say it is caused by Booking. So if they cannot deal with bookings done via Booking.com why they participate in the program ? I will never return !

Comfortable and the restaurant has excellent food and staff!
Pros:

Location was great. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly!

Cons:

Like the parking garage but wish it wasn’t $50 a night for parking. I feel if you are staying there you should get parking for a lot less than that!

Exceptional
Pros:

Entire Staff has exceptional customer service.

Entire property is impeccably clean.

Parking was simple. I like simple.

Always like Starbucks, but perhaps LaVazza in the rooms.

Enjoyed the night meditation channel. I have trouble sleeping.

Great selection of restaurants, shopping, theatre, and conventions.

Cons:

Wish the pool was open. I would have extended my stay for sure. In the big picture, there was nothing I didn't like.

Is it in poor taste to suggest a Reisling on the menu. Again, not unhappy.

We already have plans to come out to Chicago again and we’ll be staying at Loews

Very nice clean property. The location was perfect.

Great experience!
Pros:

We always use Loew's O'Hare Hotel park and fly when we fly out of O'Hare. The parking is connected to the hotel, there are plenty of fast elevators, the beds are very comfortable, there are plenty of eating options (including room service), their shuttle runs every 15 minutes, 24 hours per day, and the employees are very friendly! Today, 4/1/26, we boarded the shuttle at 5:00 AM and arrived at Terminal 1 at 5:15 AM

Recommend staying here the night before a flight out to reduce day of travel stress
Pros:

Check in staff was super friendly and welcoming. Hot Chocolate in Hobby was a wonderful welcome
