Great place!!!

The lication of this facilitu! Near eating places, gas stations, & movie theatre!!! I was able to see Micharl!!!

Cons:

Elevator was broken, I was on the second floor. I am 69 and it was hard for me to go up and down stairs. There was no breakfast. I expected breakfast since they are affiliated with IHG. They did not have a pool. Really? No pool.

Pros:

Candlewood Suites in Beaumont offers a great location near a variety of restaurants, free parking with plenty of space for work trucks, pet-friendly accommodations, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and a wonderful outdoor gazebo with gas grills for cooking. Great location for contractors working in the area!

Outdated, run down property
Pros:

I feel bad leaving negative reviews but this hotel is in need of a renovation. I stayed here because it was top rated on TripAdvisor in Beaumont but I was disappointed and this is a 2 star rated property at best. The property is outdated and not well taken care of. The room was moldy and the AC smelled odd. The kitchen and room furniture seem as from 20 years ago. Moldy feel in the room and building. Bathtub had a large chip. Bed was super soft and uncomfortable.

Me gustó la ubicación, nuestra habitación era cómoda teníamos una cocina completa.u refrigerador grande.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien avisamos en el lobby y lo único que nos dijeron lo sentimos.
Y nos dieron un ventilador,
Y OJO MUCHO OJO. En booking dice que cuentan con servicio de limpieza diaria pero NO ES VERDAD.
estuvimos 3 noches sin que nadie nos limpiara el cuarto,teníamos que ir por toallas papel de baño todas las noches.preguntamos al personal del lobby y nos dijeron que ellos solo tienen servicio de limpieza lunes a viernes y 1 vez ala semana para estancia de 1 semana , pero le dije nosotros vamos estar de jueves a domingo y me dijeron que lo sentían. Asi que no tuvimos servicio de limpieza y booking mencionaba que si. Asi que mienten alos clientes

Room smelled
Pros:

The room was moldy and smelled. We had a very bad experience. No bulb in bedside lamp, broken toilet seat, no ice, thermostat didn’t work. The staff was great and helped with the AC issue but this is an older property that needs some refurb. Do not recommend especially with other options nearby.

Pros:

Not a good place to stay. Room smelled, soap dispenser in the shower was empty, only one wash cloth, opened bottle of lotion on the nightstand, no soap in the bathroom to wash hands, no forks in the silverware drawer, white paint splatter on the refrigerator and floor. There was a used coffee filter in the coffee maker.

The hotel was old and that was fine, but the heat didn’t work. I would have been okay but I had my small children with me. And when I called the front desk to advise that it was cold, they asked me to come check other rooms to find a warm one. I was appalled because clearly I am a guest. He went on to say that the heat was out because of a recent freeze and it had messed up. At the end of the day since it was late and our account had already been charged, we decided to stay and asked for extra blankets to make it through the night. We will never choose that location again.

Pros:

Have stayed with many candlewood suites. This one does not live up to the brand. Mattress are saggy and need to be replaced. Carpet is very outdated. Halls need to be painted. First room the door didn’t shut or lock. Had to move to another room. This hotel does not live up to the candlewood brand. Please don’t stay here.
