Was a good central location for what we needed. The price should be lower when more than 1 night

We liked the room. We will stay there again when we come back for our visit. Thank you!

Cons:

stopper in the bath wasn't working to well, and the faucet needs some love. The fan in the bath is very loud. We couldn't figure out the cooling and called down stairs and the manager on site wasn't very nice. She was rude. Came up to the room and stated again she doesn't have a maintenance man at night. We ask her if we were working it correctly. She told us we could open the windows, told us to us the wall thermometer and basically left. She was not the nice person at the desk. She should go in my opinion. She doesn't like her job or people, one or the other. We will stay there again when we come back for our visit.

The staff is amazing, very kind and welcoming.
Pros:

Convenient parking, clean rooms! Very polite staff overall — I definitely recommend this hotel. The biggest plus is the free laundry.

Pros:

Wasn’t greeted with any respect upon arrival. Needed to switch rooms to accommodate people and they didn’t look to help us at all. Asked for a cot and they don’t have any. Needed some extra pillows and blankets, and guess what, they don’t have any. Got handed a fitted sheet in place of those.
