Good staff but rooms fell short.
Pros:

Location was good for a trip to NDSU campus. During our stay we encountered 3 different ppl at the front desk and all of them were polite.

Cons:

Our room smelled like smoke and our bathtub did not drain properly. I was standing in backed up water after only a short shower. We arrived late and my son started unpacking his things already so I did not request a room change. I opened and shut the door many times trying to air it out but it was not what one should expect from a non smoking room.
