It was very quiet and comfortable. The rooms were well set up, kitchenette, bathroom. Beds were comfortable with soft sheets and blankets. Would have like to stay longer.

I stayed here for a Jehovah witness convention and they made me pay the extra $40 for not reserving the room as “Jehovah Witness”. I had proof I was at the convention all weekend. We were on a tight budget so that was kind of upsetting but other than that, the stayed was good. Praise God!

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it. I booked a room with a double bed but was given a single bed. Furthermore, I was informed that booking through Expedia is just a request and not a guarantee. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere. My companion couldn't stay with me due to the single bed.

Additionally, the towels and bedding had light black stains, and the fridge kept leaking. The parking area felt sketchy, and although the walls are soundproof, the windows and doors are not, leading to noise disturbances. The front desk manager promised to move me to a room with a double bed, but gave it to someone else. Housekeeping knocked on my door despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign, interrupting my last morning.

There were some positives: a convenient small kitchen area (though instructions for the touch stove would help), a decent bed and pillows, a big TV, a comfortable lounge chair, and effective AC.

Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues.

I got to the property and had to wait 20 minutes before somebody checked me in. The room was very nice and large. The property had several outside lights out and their where several sketchy people on the property.

Initial customer service honestly wasn’t that friendly or that great. Upon leaving Ms.Giselle and the gentlemen at the front were all smiles and super friendly. This by far is the cleanest room I have ever stayed in!! I inspect facilities for a living, I had an extremely hard time finding anything. Very clean and well taken care of!! Would definitely stay here again for the cleanliness and design is the room alone! Large Tv and tons of great cable!!
