It was fine. He got in late and left fairly early. Didn’t need much.
Pros:

Closeness to base. Bed was comfy

Cons:

The AC was good in the front room but not so much in the sleeping area. Bedroom television was not working.

Hotel had a weird smell to it and receptionist was rude

You had breakfast at this location?

Cons:

When checking out the person behind the desk was rude. I asked for a copy of my receipt and she said she could not give me one, that one was sent to my email. I'm sorry but if I pay my hard earned cash for a service I expect a receipt in person. Don't make me go get it from an email when you can readily print it out.

Clean, friendly place easily accessible to interstate
Pros:

It was a nice place to stay had , to find a room last minute so we were happy it was close to Manhattan. The lady on Night shift was wonderful so sweet and helpful!

Our stay at this hotel was really great due to an outstanding staff. Certainly not booking.com.
Pros:

The sales director and front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay a good one.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that Booking.com could not get their act together. The hotel could see it on their online portal, but it wasn't coming through to their system. The sales Director called and could not get it resolved, so she cancelled on her end and then booked us new rooms at the same rate. She was absolutely amazing and the only reason our trip was successfull
