We travel a lot with our family of 5. This place is by far the cleanest and most comfy place we have ever been. The kitchenette is fully stocked and the pool is warm and clean! They also have a very cool breakfast set up and a neato coffee/tea maker for free in lobby! Thank you BW.
Key cards are super sensitive. Being in the same purse as phone would deactivate it. No good news stations.

Breakfast was ok, just would add some more healthy options like yougurt and fresh greens.
It was very clean but one thing the maids have to check if there is enough shampoo and body soap because when we were there we had to go to the desk and get soap and shampoo none was comming out of the things they were In the break fast was goodbye they should have little cartons of milk in the fridge because every one is handling that gallon of milk and they need to do more cleaning in the fridge and the water container for hot water needs to be scrubbed it's gross and the coffee a little stronger and regular creamer
We enjoyed the pool and Hot tub and was very open and lots of seating.
Only thing I didn’t like is the ice machine was in the fitness area.

Love this hotel. Staff goes out of there way to make your stay comfortable. Very clean and spacious rooms. Love the pool and hot tub. Have stayed here many times and will stay again.

Front desk needing a reason for my stay when it was personal. Utility closet next to room was open and closed repeatedly in middle of night. Something running back and forth all night in hallway. Wasn’t able to get good nights sleep as it sounded like someone was trying to get into room. Phone to front did not work.

Great location and great accommodations. The hotel, room and amenities were great. The hotel smelled fantastic! The kitchenette was perfect for what we needed. The hotel and room were clean and inviting. We're in the area a few times a year. We'll definitely be back.
This place is very nice. I would return. Their breakfast needs some work. It's different cooks now. It's still more variety than most other hotels. The pool is the right temperature and the steps are not too steep.
Comfortable rooms, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. And of course you can't beat the price.
The pool was great, but smelled way too much with chlorine.
An older hotel, but kept up well. The bed was comfortable. Pool and hot tub were warm. Breakfast was great - lots of options such as waffles, mini waffles and pancakes with strawberry, blueberry and apple toppings along with whipped cream. Eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy. Coffee machine with several options. Attention paid to having gluten free cereal and sugar free syrup. Attendant keep all the tables clean and everything well stocked.
