Beds were incredibly comfy. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The coffee machine you have in the lobby was incredibly good for being available all day. Pool and whirlpool were the perfect temperature.
Minor nitpicks: one of our rooms had some dirt on the door that was missed in cleaning and had a bag over the smoke detector that wasn't removed.

We travel a lot with our family of 5. This place is by far the cleanest and most comfy place we have ever been. The kitchenette is fully stocked and the pool is warm and clean! They also have a very cool breakfast set up and a neato coffee/tea maker for free in lobby! Thank you BW.
Key cards are super sensitive. Being in the same purse as phone would deactivate it. No good news stations.

Breakfast was ok, just would add some more healthy options like yougurt and fresh greens.
It was very clean but one thing the maids have to check if there is enough shampoo and body soap because when we were there we had to go to the desk and get soap and shampoo none was comming out of the things they were In the break fast was goodbye they should have little cartons of milk in the fridge because every one is handling that gallon of milk and they need to do more cleaning in the fridge and the water container for hot water needs to be scrubbed it's gross and the coffee a little stronger and regular creamer
We enjoyed the pool and Hot tub and was very open and lots of seating.
Only thing I didn’t like is the ice machine was in the fitness area.
My family and I were visiting from Japan. It is hard to find a hotel in the Wausau area that can accommodate 6 guests (2 adults and 4 children) in that same room but the King Suite they offered was the nicest thing we could find in our price range. There was also a small kitchen which was really appealing to us because we were going to stay for 21 nights and didn't want to eat out all the time.
The room was a good size for the price and everything was clean and comfortable. The pool, workout room, laundry room, and dining room were all great. We often played board games in the dining room during non breakfast hours.
The breakfast itself was really nice. Different things everyday (which again was very important for how long we stayed) and the staff were always polite. I really enjoyed talking to Barb.
Speaking of staff, this is a family run business and the family (and Dadhi in particular) were so friendly and helpful. It was great to come back to the hotel and be able to talk to them over the 3 weeks we stayed. We really go to know each other.
The only disadvantages are in accessibility. There is (or at least was at the time) no shuttle or bus service to or from the hotel so I relied on friends and family to get us from the airport and bring us around town.
That said, we are planning to stay here again next time we visit the states.
