Each room needs to be evaluated for the wiring. Floors shampooed, tubs cleaned and filtered change

The location is great

Cons:

The sheets smells, the rooms smells damp, the tub filthy, the beeping alarm, electricity spark from the bathroom switch and had to unplug the lamp due to it flashing on and off while hearing the sparks/frying noise. It felt like a trap house. This is the worse year and I have stayed here for the last 4 years.

The excellent view from the street is misleading and does not reflect the interior of the property

Location was perfect. Right off the highway as I was traveling through Hattiesburg to New Orleans.
Sarah was working diligently to resolve some issues for guests, even though it was time for her shift to end.

Cons:

Dirty towels left in the shower.
Air conditioner was on 60 degrees when I entered. I turned it up a little and realized the mildew smell increased with the temperature.
Counter and bathroom surfaces need cleaning. Loose hairs all over the room
Draperies and headboard either need a professional cleaning or replacement. Badly stained!!
