Nice comfortable location.
Pros:

The location was close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was nice.

Cons:

The breakfast selection was minimal besides on Christmas when they offered potatoes.

Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Good price, good location.

Cons:

Staff would not provide an invoice upon the conclusion of the stay. I booked the room through booking.com, and the hotel staff stated that booking would provide the invoice but booking policy is that the hotel provides the invoice. I contacted Booking.com who reaffirmed this, but the hotel would still not provide the invoice. Still haven't resolved this, I need an invoice to provide my employer and per the hotel's contract with booking they are obligated to provide one but so far it hasn't happened.

Nice comfortable, peaceful, amazing very relaxing and clean
Pros:

It’s really nice, comfortable and clean peaceful nice area staff is very friendly so many amenities pool hot tub business room atm free breakfast once you check in you literally don’t have to go anywhere it’s walking distance from plenty of stores and restaurants nice park across the street on the bus line

Cons:

There were a few damages to the wood like water damage or it will bleed in the rooms bathroom but I’m sure if someone reports it they will fix or replace it

Great location, large room, nice kitchen. Best we found in Madison for our needs.
Pros:

Large room. Disability room with roll in shower. Comfortable bed. Very nice kitchen suite area. Full fridge with ice maker. Very roomy for wheel chair travel throught room. Good location to U. W. Hospitol and Clinics.

Cons:

Hearing the person walking around in upper room above us. Very clean, but one time I had to was the wall by the disability bar that had a couple small spots of coffee. Easy clean with sanitizer and water. The sitting chair had spilt coffee or hot chocolate splashed on side. They would come and wipe down during our stay if we asked. Nothing majorally dirty. For my own use I will bring disinfect wipes. Not because it was dirty, but prevention for myself doing chemo treatments.

Pros:

Room was fairly clean. Had to run the hot water for 10 minutes to get it warm for the initial shower of the day. Stayed 2 nights, was not told that room would not be serviced unless it was 3 day stay. Standard breakfast was okay. Staff was very indifferent, unfriendly, and overall not welcoming. Would never stay at this property again.

Pros:

Very nice staff always was someone there and very helpful. Very easy parking for a dooley truck. Rooms were amazing sizes lots of room for having to be there for 10 days, I wish had cleaner everyday but i get it that hard to find staff but thankful that we were aloud to get more towels/sheets from the front desk whenever. We had an amazing stay and looking forward to booking here again next year!!

Always ok to stay here.
Pros:

The shower head is half functional. Needs replacing. The carpet is torn. Breakfast was always great and available a touch early! Much appreciated. Rooms were just ok on quietness. Could always hear the people above and the snoring next door. So not perfect but I’ll stay again scenario.
