Wonderful 2 week stay
Pros:

We loved the location, in town, close to restaurants, grocery stores and the beautiful ocean right out front.
Emanuel is great, he will help you anything you need, we had a lot of questions and he was able to answer them all.
The laundry service was also great, you drop it off and they message you when it's done.8

Cons:

There's nothing not to like, it was perfect!

Excellent séjour
Pros:

L’établissement est bien situé et près des bons restaurants. Emmanuel est extrêmement gentil et offre un excellent service. Malheureusement les sargasses étaient présentes sur ce côté de l’île. En louant un cart de golf cela nous a permis d’aller à Secret Beach 3 jours pour profiter de la mer sans sargasses

A nice apartment to discover San Pedro Island
Pros:

The free taxi pick-up and drop-off managed by Emmanuel was great! We felt privileged to get this service for free. The swimming pool was nice and well maintained. The garden and direct access to the shore is excellent. The grocery shops are 5-10 mins away by walk so it was easy for us to pick-up food at the last minute.

Cons:

The shower floor gets slippery after using the soap. The stove is pretty basis and can be upgraded for more comfort. These were the 2 minor things I can tell.

Pros:

It was away from the hustle and bustle of the San Pedro streets

Cons:

The beaches and docks are open to the public until 6pm and our dock got pretty loud with people. They were having fun, laughing, music, talking but it was loud into the resort

Location and Emanuel was excellent to work with

Cons:

Satellite. Our friends in the same complex could get Canadian TV for World Juniors and we could not. Needs new deck chairs and cushions.

Perfect getaway from Life's craziness
Pros:

Paradise Villas is a well maintained property. Emanuel and the staff keep the units, pool and grounds well. Anything you needed was just a phone call away. Excellent service, location, accommodations.

Cons:

Nothing. Golf cart traffic on the street was insane, but you didn't hear anything within the property, and the beach was the best alternate for getting around.

Wonderful
Pros:

The location was perfect. Direct access to the ocean, easy walks into town for meals, a quiet location to enjoy the beauty of the view. We really enjoyed our stay. With direct access to the pier where our fishing guide could pick us up and drop us off was perfect.

Cons:

You can't control the weather. We had a lot of wind and pop up storms during our stay. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and the location.

I miss sitting on the porch watching the water and feeling the sea breeze!
Pros:

Lovely property with plenty of palm trees and a great location! The staff, in particular, Emmanuel, was fantastic!

Cons:

The furniture is dated and could use a refresh. The dresser drawers are a bit off the tracks but you got used how to work them. The living area furniture could be more comfortable. This said, the overall property is one I would come back to despite this!

Excellent location and stay
Pros:

Paradise Villas is an excellent location to stay in San Pedro. The condo is well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable and the service provided by Emmanuel was excellent!

Cons:

Although we wanted to cook in the condo, the selection of pots and pans was sparse.

Beautiful Villas In A Great Locations
Pros:

Amazing location and beautiful villas. We had the most amazing time here. Check in was easy, and they set up a pick up from the ferry port. The rooms were clean with great air conditioning. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and bars. Would still recommend getting a gold cart to drive around further though.

Cons:

I would recommend contacting the staff through Whats App rather than booking. It results in much faster communication.

Amazing
Pros:

Tradewinds is the perfect place for a family seeking a get away. It was calm and laid back. The location is perfect. Close enough to the main area to walk or quick golf cart ride for shopping or dinner, while far enough to be out of the noise and congestion. Many great places to eat within a quick walk. Emanuel was super helpful and made the stay. They even have a laundry service that was inexepensive

Cons:

No onsite restaurant, but many close by.
