Anbindung zum ÖPNV, Zimmer war groß, Bett war in Ordnung und gut geeignet fürs Kind zwischen den Eltern, sehr ruhig, Zimmer-Upgrade fürs Kind (es hätte ein eigenes Bett gegeben), Verdunklungsvorhänge

Cons:

Teppich sehr fleckig, einige Haare im Bad, Minibar recht warm (hatten Medikamente mit, die man hätte kühlen müssen), Reinigungskräfte klopften schon für unsere Verhältnisse recht zeitig um zu schauen, ob sie rein können.

Pros:

Zimmer sehr sauber, Betten hervorragend, Frühstück gut 👍. Am Ostersonntag bekam jedes Kind eine Osternest , da haben sich meine Enkelkinder sehr gefreut 😀 Hunde 🐕 willkommen!

Cons:

Die Öffnungszeiten der Bar, diese hatte schon um 22:00 Uhr geschlossen!

Die Bauarbeiten wurden erst nach der Buchung gemeldet, sodass man nicht mehr stornieren konnte.
Pros:

Wir waren mit der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals sehr zufrieden. Leider wurde dieser positive Eindruck jedoch durch erhebliche Mängel bei der Sauberkeit und andere Probleme während unseres Aufenthalts überschattet.

Cons:

* Hygienische Mängel: Die Vorhänge im Zimmer waren extrem verschmutzt und wiesen schwarze Flecken sowie undefinierbare rote (blutähnliche) Rückstände auf. Dies stellt einen gravierenden Verstoß gegen grundlegende Hygienestandards dar.
* Irreführende Darstellung: Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist dunkel, ungepflegt und weicht massiv von den hellen, professionellen Werbefotos auf Ihrer Plattform ab.

Preis Leistung passt Frühstück super, Personal freundlich.
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Personal,an der Rezeption oder auch beim Frühstück. Haben uns die 4 Tage immer gern unterhalten. Die Suite war, super für uns 3. Ruhig und genau richtig. Würden wieder buchen.

Cons:

Leider Teppichboden das wussten wir aber vorher. Die Öffis sind etwas zu Fuß, nach meinem Lauf wegen dem wir in Berlin waren, was das etwas nervig. Heizung ging Nachts aus. Und erst morgens etwas später wieder an. Wurde uns ein Zimmerwechsl angeboten haben aber dankend abgelehnt.

En underbar påskhelg med många fina minnen.
Pros:

Stort fräscht rum med bra läge. Väldigt trevlig personal. Superfin frukost.

Cons:

Man skulle kunna ha riktiga huvudkuddar i en för övrigt väldigt fin och bra säng.
Dyr parkering.

Quarto bem espaçoso e confortável, o café da manhã pago a parte é bem farto.

Cons:

Durante a nossa estadia, apenas 1 noite (de 3) o heat estava funcionando, o quarto ficava gelado. Funcionário novo na recepção não conseguia ajudar nem com o heat e nem com o fornecimento de mais travesseiros.
