Pros:

Amazing hot water ac worked awesome bed was comfortable.
Lady behind the desk was friendly
And the restaurants next door made it nice

Cons:

The tiles right in front of the door was raised up and hurt when u walked on it.

Charged twice
Pros:

The ac was cold.

Cons:

I've been charged twice. I paid through the Booking app and the hotel charged me as well. The hotel lady that checked me in took my credit card information and told me I would not be charged since I had already paid through Booking. She said she needed a credit card on file as part of policy.

Quite upset that I didn’t get the room I I was supposed to.

Cons:

I was SUPPOSED to have a JACUZZI room but upon arrival I was told that that’s not what we got!!! I drove 7 hours to find out that apparently the third party booking agent didn’t REQUEST that. My confirmation said I should have had one. Very NOT PLEASED.
