There were cockroaches. Had to get out and get a refund and find another hotel at 11 at night

Cons:

The hotel def needs to be updated. Outside curb appearances was horrible, shame on them. The hotel def needs someone who cares about the property not just making money.

Pros:

When I arrived at the property, the office was closed, so I couldn’t check in and had to stay at a different hotel. I called the customer service number, and someone from another country answered. She tried to contact the office or lobby but was unable to help me. I’m really disappointed with this experience—there was no guarantee or support for guests, and I feel like my money was taken unfairly.

Mold & Urine & Cockroach Motel

I should get a FULL REFUND for my stay at this Place!!!!!!
I stayed at this place because it was close to where I had to be for 4 days.As soon as I walked in the room it smelt like mould in the Room.When I look at the shower where the toilet was and it smelled like piss or urine which I had to enjoy for 4 long days.The first night while I was closing the front door I notice a fast cockroach going up the door and I did not kill him.That gave me the chills on the first night.Next morning in the kitchen where everything was 50 year old and broken.
In the morning I say a cockroach in the kitchen above the stove and I did not catch it.Well very uncomfortable to stay.The lady clean the room one day and replenish all towel and made bed.Lady was very pleasant & nice.On the third day at around 8 pm I had the kitchen light off and as I turned the light on,I got scare as there were 10-15 cockroaches all over the kitchen area.On the floors,ceiling & walls.Wow what a place to sleep. never again will I ever do this again and I suggest no one should ever book this room or this place. When I’d left, I spoke to the front desk manager and told him the situation and he mentioned to me he would get the lady to clean up.
I will never stay here again as it’s full of cockroaches and smells like urine at a cheap price of 140.00US.So be aware of comming here.Dont stay here as it’s very dirty & unhealthy to be in this environment for any human being.Pool had two broken lawn chairs that you can fall through and two regular bad chairs not to comfortable at all.Water was very cold and dirty with flyers. So overall, it was a disaster to stay here just because the price was cheap. You get for what you pay for. I hope you all read my message and pay attention and do not ever stay here.
Just to let you know “MOULD” is very bad for your health.This place must be clean & sanitation must address.Would not stay there again and I hope everyone reads my comments
They also kept my 100.00 Deposit on my Credit Card which they told me it takes 14-18 days to get it returned.Wow
Let the management look at my review and return my entire fund as this place was a disaster and unhealthy to stay at.Mold & Urine I had to endure for 4 days.Lets be fare ownership
Look!!!!! Please look at all these reviews at this place. There is not one good comment at all. No one for four days ever offered to fix the smell or mould in the room. The lady came one day to make the bed and give me a few towels, so no one ever helped in the room as you can see from the other comments they’re all the same.
A full return should be in accepted by your company. If I do not hear back from you, I will keep posting and I will be going to the newspaper if I can. The pictures and information is misleading.

La ubicación, la vista de la habitación.

Las fotos parecen un scam! Deben ser al menos de hace 5 años, no está así de nuevo, está deteriorado no tiene ni letrero. Y otra cosa que llamó mi atención fue que el personal y las señales del parking dicen que”motel las lomas” no oyo inn. Las habitaciones no están mal, pero huele mucho a humedad.

Run from this Oyo hotel
Pros:

I would not stay run from this place , the website room is misleading. I booked through American advantage and prepayment. When I got there hotel failure of identity of signage awing's was destroyed and room 108 smell an order mildew and mold. The refrigerator leaking creating a deceptive and unsafe at the hotel environment. I did not stay there i book another hotel. I'm still waiting for my refund from Oyo which under investigation charge back.
