What a cool place to stay! It's right in the heart of Cape Coral with so many restaurants and shops within walking distance..if you want to spend $500 a night on a hotel room, be my guest, but this awesome place was so affordable, you can use the saved money to go out and dine at the most beautiful restaurants that are very close..I couldn't believe that the room I stayed in had a little kitchenette set including an oven and a stove and a refrigerator and a microwave and my favorite a drip cup coffee maker! The rooms were very large and comfortable and there was TV and free internet..each room has a little outdoor patio, a great front desk staff and you can buy cold sodas for a very fair price in the front lobby too..the pool was overlooking a very nice canal, and very enjoyable at the end of the day when the sun is shining off of the canal as it goes down.. this will be my go-to place to stay whenever I have other business in Cape Coral!

This is the best hotel I have stayed at in Lee county. It is under new management and Brian and Mike will make sure that your stay is an enjoyable one. My room has a gorgeous waterfront view from the private balcony. The room was very clean when we checked in. There are no bugs. There is plenty of hot water and the water pressure is good. The grounds are immaculate. If you don;t want to pay for a luxury hotel, this is the best place to stay for the money. There is even a kitchen with a 2 burner stove top, microwave and a refrigerator. There is plenty of cabinet space. The laundry facility is clean and very inexpensive. I will stay here again and again. There is no noise here from other patrons which is huge.
The pool was clean and access was easy. Views were beautiful and the 2 men in the office were very polite, and it was very convenient that the front office was open until midnight, in case we had issues. Mike specifically, was a sweetheart.
There were bugs in our rooms (we got more than 1), what looked like poop smeared on the bathroom walls, the shower was angled toward the wall and you couldn't move it so you had to "hug the wall" just to shower. Our top safety latch was a random screw in the door that you would have to loosen or tighten to latch on, and the doors and walls could use a repaint or a serious cleaning because there's marks all over them.
The cleaning ladies barely spoke any english, so communication was a problem. And at one point, we had an issue with our room went to the front desk and told them and that we did not want anybody in our room until we came back. When we had gotten back, it was beyond obvious that they did not listen to us and went in our room without us there. There were also no phones in the room to call the front desk/office.
The pool furniture could use an update too, there were barely any (not like in the pictures, maybe 2 real tanning chairs total) and about 6-7 sitting chairs.
