Okay, but could be better
Pros:

The pool was clean and access was easy. Views were beautiful and the 2 men in the office were very polite, and it was very convenient that the front office was open until midnight, in case we had issues. Mike specifically, was a sweetheart.

Cons:

There were bugs in our rooms (we got more than 1), what looked like poop smeared on the bathroom walls, the shower was angled toward the wall and you couldn't move it so you had to "hug the wall" just to shower. Our top safety latch was a random screw in the door that you would have to loosen or tighten to latch on, and the doors and walls could use a repaint or a serious cleaning because there's marks all over them.
The cleaning ladies barely spoke any english, so communication was a problem. And at one point, we had an issue with our room went to the front desk and told them and that we did not want anybody in our room until we came back. When we had gotten back, it was beyond obvious that they did not listen to us and went in our room without us there. There were also no phones in the room to call the front desk/office.
The pool furniture could use an update too, there were barely any (not like in the pictures, maybe 2 real tanning chairs total) and about 6-7 sitting chairs.

This is the last location where you want to spent the night. Unless you like a lot of friends sharing the room with you. Yes roaches everywhere! It’s a disgusting
s hole not a motel or a hotel. The first room was full of black long hair in the bed. Ok could happen!
The other room was full of hair roaches and blood on the bed. Room number 3 -
Same - roaches again. After that I gave up and went to the dolphin resort. More pricy , but beautiful and clean!

Room overlooked canel. Chairs and table on balcony.

Cons:

Floor was filthy. Lamp shade looked like it was pulled out of the trash. Tub drain clogged. Walls patched but not painted. Furniture was in worse shape than something from Good Will. Outside property in need of work.
