Le professionnalisme et l amabilité de la personne chargée de la réception en journee compensent les nombreux dysfonctionnmenents dus certainement à la saison estivale ( erreur de carte de chambre à mon arrivée tardive, personnel de chambre peu discret qui rentre en chambre malgré le refus lors de la douche...).

Nice cosy and clean hotel, close to Paris in a safe and good area, with quick access to Paris.
Pros:

I use this hotel very often. It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. It is in a quiet area but within walking distance of gare de Saint-Cloud, wich gives you direct access to Paris. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good. The reception staff Mr. David and Mrs. Cécile always make you feel welcome and go out of their way to help.

Emplacement qui nous convenait parfaitement.
Le café a dispo dans le lobby.

Cons:

Le lit une horreur. On a passé trois nuits à cet hôtel et nous avons tous les deux très mal dormi. Mal au dos notamment. Mais aussi et surtout des draps fins comme du papier à cigarette et rêches, et le drap du dessous était juste sur l’alèse en plastique servant à protéger le matelas. On avait des brûlures de peau au contact et c’était inconfortable au possible.
En prime le ménage était superficiel. Toujours ce même drap du dessous pas retendu ni rebordé de tout le séjour, juste la couette et les oreillers remis en place.
Le papier WC raccord avec le drap: très fin et rugueux. WC très exigus.
J’ai également trouvé la salle de bains petite et manque de miroir loupe. Présence de cheveux collés sur le mur dans la douche, en hauteur. Pas les nôtres: ni la bonne longueur ni la bonne couleur.
